Staff were so friendly, text me the day before and gave me splendid instructions on how to get there from the bus station. Check in was between 11 and 6 but as my bus didn't arrive till after 6.30 and it was a 10 minutes walk from the bus station they waited for me and did not leave until I was settled in the room.
