Extremely clean, very nice and professional personnel. Very good breakfast with high quality ingredients - ham, cheese, eggs, cereal, fruit and excellent bakery.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the toiletries provided every day was not only useful, but very well selected and rich in feel. There was a splendidly broad selection for breakfast, and dinner was very lovely. As a non meat eater, the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was okay. It was also very kind of the staff to print out an English translation of the menu. The staff were extremely, friendly, helpful and efficient. We really could not have asked for more. The location is great, right on the edge of the piste. We'd have no hesitation in returning.

Beautiful location, Rooms and bathroom fantastic, but best of all the food and the Staff where out of this world, especially Titiana and her colleague who made me steak at 23:30. That’s great customer service 👊

The restaurant was exceptional - the food, the service all really exceeded our expectations. The hotel felt so authentically Italian and made our holiday really memorable. Big rooms; helpful staff; shuttle service and storage made the days spent skiing a lot easier.

Staff are exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is super. This place is a special treasure.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly, which really makes the holiday trip much more cheerful and enjoyable. Same kindness we felt from the people working in the skiing area. A very welcoming place overall!

Very modern and spacious room on the 3rd floor and super good location, 10mins from Aremogna and 5mins from Roccaraso city Centre

Free and close to the facility parking, room was new-ish and clean, decent breakfast (some cold meats and cheese along with typical Italian sweets).

Very spacious with high ceiling, very welcoming and clean. Gets view from the balcony.
