Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily dinner menus were interesting and tasty. Plenty of activities available daily for a nominal fee, options that are age appropriate for kids and adults. Childcare facilities for the young ones were super useful while we went skiing. The caregivers even brought them along for forest walks or to the playground The attention to detail was very appreciated. Right sized bath robes for kids were already in the room when we arrived. When our kids asked for specific cutlery during dinner, the restaurant staff placed them at the table the next night without prompting. We felt completely at home at Bad Ratzes.

This apartment is situated 1 km above the town of Siusi, and has a magnificent view on the Sciliar/Schlern mountains. We loved the huge terrace from which you could admire a breathtaking panorama of the Sciliar, Bullaccia, and the Siusi village itself. It's pretty large, enough space for 4 adults if needed. Good sized bathroom and kitchen, too. Comfy beds, the apartment has absolutely everything you might need for a longer stay. The host is extremely forthcoming and polite, and, even if it was -4C during the night, the apartment was very warm. It's also near a bus station, so it's convenient for those wanting to travel without a personal car. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. ps. don't miss a stroll far up the small road leading to the apartment; you'll encounter llamas, and a wonderful forest, with incredible views on the mountains around. Also, don't miss to visit the small church you can see up on the hills above Siusi.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent for exploring the Seiser Alm region (Langkofel, Seceda etc) by bus or car. Or just walk 15 minutes to the cable car that takes you to Seiser Alm from where you can do wonderful hikes. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The food was extraordinary! They made accommodations for my vegan husband that were delicious. The rooms were great for families with plenty of room for the kids. The location was perfect, next to the gondola. You could rent ebikes onsite which made it easy to explore.

Stunning view from beautiful new apartment completely equipped with everything you need for your stay. Farm with producing its own products, every morning you can eat fresh yoghurt, milk, eggs.
