Very modern hotel.Impeccable.Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Fantastic stay great breaky great service great location

The rooms were modern, comfortable and beautifully presented.

Excellent breakfast with a wide range, restaurant was also well prices and good quality food. Staff were excellent and everything was kept clean. The room was big with aircon and a balcony. Great location right on the beach, but need a car if going in to Termoli. Overall we had a great stay, excellent value for money.

The swimming pool was a great addition. The apartment was outstanding. The owners couldn't do enough to help you. Fsntastic

all good nice person room top as clean and nice location and very nice person

Had to book a room spontaneously because of a sudden railway strike. Cairoly's was a pleasant surprise. Everything you need, very well equipped and built rooms from HVAC to decoration, extremely responsive host and a more than reasonable price. Recommended!

The host stayed there for us, although he could have done self-check in, but he was not sure if we speak Italian. We booked super short term and came one hour after the wished latest check in. Still, he was amazingly friendly, patient and caring.

Spacious new room with huge bathroom all facing the sea

This apartment is located right in the heart of the thriving shopping district, just steps from the main pedestrian area of town. There are several cafes, restaurants and bars nearby, and it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the oldest part of the city with its amazing caste and historic buildings.

The suite is very nice and clean. The location is excellent, there are a lot of restaurants and pubs around, there is also a supermarket in front of it.

The family loved how modern the rooms were, they were also very clean and comfortable. mini bar had plenty of water. Close to Termoli city center, possible to walk.

Pleasant room overlooking the beautiful beach! The staff were terrific. We arrived later than expected in the middle of a storm and we were met at the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor in a big block of older style apartments. It is a bit unprepossessing from the building exterior but the inside is lovely. Very big rooms with high ceilings and thick walls. Double glazed new windows and also shutters keep it cool and quiet. There is also air conditioning in the bedroom. Very nicely furnished and also homey. Absolutely everything you could need. Great shower with plenty of instant hot water. Full sized fridge and new oven and microwave. There is private parking in the grounds of the apartment buildings. It is just a 10 minute walk to the centre, the old town and the beach. The host Rosella was really warm and charming and very helpful. Small supermarket within walking distance and larger ones a 10 minute drive if you have a car. Highly recommend.

The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, Stefano demonstrated remarkable dedication by providing detailed explanations of the city's attractions and offering guidance on how to reach them from the hotel. The hotel room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to our overall positive experience.

Everything was very clean, it was very quite and nicely decorated.

The owner of the property has done everything he could do to support my late check in. This is really important when you do not know exact time you can get or when asking for a late check in. The one who takes care about the comfort and needs of his guests. Thanks for help and support!
