Everything was absolutely amazing starting with the spotless, tastefully renovated apartment to its situation in a street sloping up gently from the beach boulevard area of Termoli. The owner and staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. There is safe parking in a private car park just over 5 minutes' walk away (close to the railway station), although it is quite easy to find free spots in the street depending on the time of day. There was great attention to detail like a selection of breakfast ingredients, teas, coffee capsules (nespresso), toaster, kettle and a wonderfully equipped kitchen.There was even EVO oil, salt and pepper. We were so satisfied with our stay that we returned here for another relaxing break on our return trip!!

It was absolutely perfect, Luigi the owner was the most accommodating landlord, I struggled a bit with the techs legalities of all the online forms but he sorted everything and made it all so simple! The rooms are perfect, clean, tidy and minimalistic, I would recommend that a group of guests stay here, they’d be close but still have their own space and it’s sooooo close to all the restaurants, beach, etc. I can’t fault this place whatsoever, I had an amazing stay!

The hotel was new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was technological. Everything was great. The owners of the hotel were helpful about everything. There is a supermarket just opposite the hotel and you can even have lunch or dinner there. Grazie mille per tutto.

Everything! First of all the people, signora Patricia and her son Rocco who were very helpful and made sure I felt like at home. The room is literally in the best, the most central location of Termoli with everything at your feet. It was spotless clean and the amenities provided were of fantastic quality (to be honest I have never encountered a special wash for "the intimate area" never before, not even in 5 star hotels). I should also highlight that the room has very efficient sound proof. Once the bathroom window is closed you hear nothing from the outside. I slept like a baby and rested. Internet was very fast, which I found useful as I had to teach two online university classes. All went smooth! This was a beautiful trip that I will remember fondly. Should I return that is the only place I would stay again. The accomodation and the care shown to me made my holidays beautiful. p.s. Although I had checked out, Patricia saw me out on the street struggling with my suitcase as I wanted to take part to the procession of St. Bassus that was today (and well taking part in a procession with a suitcase is somewhat uncomfortable). She literally took the suitcase off my hands and took it to her store, enabling me take part to the procession which was a unique and emotional experience for me. This is how real hospitality looks like, also when the formal provision of service ends.

Accommodation and host amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Accomodation really clean and very well equipped. Location short walk to town, harbour and beach. Safe parking behind barrier. Would certainly choose this over any 4 star hotel if visiting the area.
