Fantastic stay great breaky great service great location

Everything was perfect! Very friendly staff. Location is great, parallel street to the pedestrian area..and 3 minutes walk to the castle and beach. Parking in front of the hotel..reservation needed. The room is elegantly furnished..we had a terrace with sunbeds and chairs. Air conditioner was great, as we were in August. Kettle and coffee machine available. Fridge, safe and hairdryer available. Room is quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast with a selection of breads, sweet tarts, cereals, eggs and bacon.

I loved the pool & beach access. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great including eggs and ham sandwiches.

The breakfast was exceptional and offered so many options. The staff was prompt and helpful. Front desk staff was so warm and welcoming, especially Carlotta !!

Convenient location - close to port. Check-in hours later than surrounding hotels. Restaurant on site. Everything we ate was delicious! Comfortable bed. Clean and updated rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Kind hosts.

Location is perfect to explore Termoli

Clean, pleasant, nice place to stay. A/C worked well, which was nice with the extreme heat. Host and hostess were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Would stay there again!

We are touring Italy by motorbike & this property has secure garage parking which is very important, the location is perfect as it meant we could leave the bike parked & walk round the town & to the beach, all the staff are very friendly & helpful, lovely breakfast to start each day, we would definitely stay here again, would recommend to anyone touring but especially by bike.

Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Host flexible. Great location near main streets. Convenient to go to the port or train station.

The apartment is on the ground floor in a big block of older style apartments. It is a bit unprepossessing from the building exterior but the inside is lovely. Very big rooms with high ceilings and thick walls. Double glazed new windows and also shutters keep it cool and quiet. There is also air conditioning in the bedroom. Very nicely furnished and also homey. Absolutely everything you could need. Great shower with plenty of instant hot water. Full sized fridge and new oven and microwave. There is private parking in the grounds of the apartment buildings. It is just a 10 minute walk to the centre, the old town and the beach. The host Rosella was really warm and charming and very helpful. Small supermarket within walking distance and larger ones a 10 minute drive if you have a car. Highly recommend.

Very spacious studio with kitchen angle, clean, enough towels and shower gel and shampoo. Location is very comfortable, close to pedestrian area of the downtown and railway station. Breakfast in Italian style and underground private parking, included to the price were appreciated. Thank you for nice stay!

Everything was very clean, it was very quite and nicely decorated.

The owner of the property has done everything he could do to support my late check in. This is really important when you do not know exact time you can get or when asking for a late check in. The one who takes care about the comfort and needs of his guests. Thanks for help and support!
