Staff are really accomodating and try their best to meet your needs, I even get extra pillows and towels in a jiffy. I liked so much about this place! It’s set up in the hills behind the Awaji foreshore, so from a location perspective it’s away from the hustle and bustle but you can still have a nice walk into town. The hosts are lovely and have put a great deal of care (and design talent) into crafting a good experience for people, and the facilities are all easy to access and very well maintained. If you are looking to relax and recharge for a few days then I would highly recommend Kotobukian.
