Accommodation in Kobe

The attention to detail, e.g. the aircon an humidifier were already on before I entered the room.

The location, service, and the extras offered made for a wonderful stay. Loved the massage chair in the room.

Brenza location is superb. Right behind is DAIEI Shopping complexe which consist of AEON FOOD STYLE. Lawson just right below. Opposite the main street located McDonalds. Beside and walk for 3min you can reach M'int Kobe shopping complexe + M'int Kitchen street (many restaurant). M'ing Kobe also directly connect to DAIEI. HANKYU is just nearby. Not to mention walking distance to Sannonmiya Station (around 7min). Enter the underground via A23 (staircase only) for easy access to the Sannonmiya Station for JR and Hanshin Line. Staffs are helpful and friendly. No problem to communicate in english. No problem for lugagge storage before and also after checked in. If you are lucky mayb you might be assigned to your room earlier when the room has been cleaned. My room come with "Eco Stay", which means only change of bath towel and also clear rubbish bin. I found this suffix for my style and its do help to preserve our mother earth. By the way it can help you to cut down your travel expenses slightly. Room is clean with nice bed. Sufficient space for 28inch and also 24inch luggage to be open on the floor (I booked twin bed room). Bath water pressure is good. Room size is consider big for Japan Hotel standard. My room has a decice to allow room ventilation (beside using the bathroom "24 hours on" ventilation fan) which I like it, anyhow the outside noise might enter your room. It can be shut to reduce/ isolate the outside noise. Would definitely book again when comeback to Kobe. Thank you! Besides...Kobe is a lovely town. Thank you Brenza Hotel!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, even though they didn't speak a lot of English. They looked after our bags prior to check in. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Not too far from Sannomiya station and Kobe port.

Almost everything, it feels homey and all facilities are just perfect. Onsen is lovely, and Great location as well.

The location was amazing. It’s in front of Kobe station and also there is a lot of local lovely shops and restaurants around the hotel. Moreover, it takes approximately 20 minutes to walk from the harbour too! The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean too. I definitely will stay there again if I’ll visit in Kobe.

Great location, right on a street full of shops, close to the bay and the subway station. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water are available in the afternoons and evenings. The staff was very friendly.

The location was beautiful and very convenient. Breakfast offered many choices and everything was very well prepared and presented. We booked the bbq on the terrace, which was lovely. We didn't know that we would have to cook the meat, as this wasn't mentioned in the English description. We didn't mind because my husband loves to bbq.

This hotel was a bit out of the main hub but luckily they had a free shuttle that left every 20mins. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were massive. We even had a tiny balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The aircon doesn’t work during winter and it got really hot in the room. My partner had to wake up in the middle of the night to open the balcony door to let in some cool air.

Big room especially by Japan standards. The Room itself was so nice and had a large tv that has access to streaming apps. Bathroom was also big by Japan standards with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable, and supplied more than one pillow per person which is more rare than you would expect in Japan! The location is great as it's right across from a Don Quijote, nearby a subway station and has a lot of restaurants nearby too.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of varieties!

Fantastic place! Very convenient location and the staff are great! Also the breakfast is yummy. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable and has incredible views. The location is good for shopping and walking around the harbor. Not too far from major stations and temples. Easy train ride to many places. Has all the amenities you could want. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is nice size.

Great location, quiet and super clean.

24 hour receptionist & very good english

Everything except the fact they didn't have gluten free options for breakfast. The lovely view from.our bathroom window as well as the shower.

Everything is good especially Location is amazing

like the room and bed. clean and comfortable

They were keeping my bags safe for me so I could walk around and go sightseeing before and after check in. The staff were very friendly, all in all a very good stay!

The room was nice and very clean. I like the layout of the room, with a small table and a comfy chair in the corner. And that you could order food from the connected restaurant to your room. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and fluent in english. I had breakfast all three days I stayed here and only had to wait for a table once (~09:00am a sunday morning). Even then I only had to wait for 10min. Breakfast was good and had enough options for my three day stay. The location of the hotel is good too. The street is quiet at night, but just a short walk from the nightlife. There's also a small Lawson just across the street. I used subway exit B10 which got me very close to the hotel. I would stay here again when visiting Kobe.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff member at the hotel was kind getting me a towel when I arrived soaking wet as it had been raining heavily. The hotel is in a convenient position, but not directly next to the station.

Excellent hotel with a huge selection of free amenities (including face oil cleanser and sun screen), great breakfast & clean rooms.

Great location. Fine and clean room.
