This apartment-style hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, the location was great, and parking was very convenient. We stayed for three days and would definitely come back again.

We stayed here for one night before starting the kumano kodo, perfect start. Very good location close to the train station/ bus stop. The owner was so friendly and helpful. She let us keep our bags there for a few days. The guesthouse has a little kitchen and a friendly atmosphere with other guests. Great value for money. Arigato gozaimasu for a great stay.

Excellent room with a view. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were excellent, suggesting a nearby onsen to use and asking me if I would like to listen to the morning chanting at the temple next door. I would have stayed longer if I had the time.

We had a great stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He arranged dinner reservations for us. He also runs a nice coffee shop that we recommend to visit. Overall a great experience! We had a big room with futons. Everything is very clean. The bus stop is really close and a supermarket is very near, too.
