Your staff Mr. Wang is very professional and friendly in answering our questions and provides suggestions. And the breakfast is excellent. The view is great!

Small little breakfast included with coffee. And also great staff plus great location! Booking will ask if you want to upgrade to a room with bathroom but they all have a private bathroom and breakfast is always included.

I feel like everything was perfect, the Oriental style room was large and comfortable with an amazing view, the buffet for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, the staff is very cordial and always helpful, the onsen was amazing and generally everything was just right. Seeing Atami from the top of the hill was breathtaking.

Toyoko Inn is my favorite business hotel chain in Japan. I always know what to expect, from the easy check-in process to the room layout and amenities to the excellent breakfast. Great location close to Atami Station too.

The property was clean and spacious, you had as much privacy as you wanted and was the perfect place for my extra long stay. Very relaxed and laid back with very nice and friendly staff. Location was perfect, near the beach and port if you want to hop for a day trip to the islands and once in a lifetime views of Mount Fuji , and bus stop if you want to zip up to the station and main shopping street. I highly recommend and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

It was close to the station and relatively easy to find with a maps app. The staff was kind and helpful and answered all my questions. The mixed dorm's futons were comfortable and clean and spacious. And, there was even a small onsen available for use.

Clean stay with the friendliest host. We enjoyed the onsen with wonderful mountain and sea views as well as an ice cream gift after bathing! The host allowed us to drop off our luggae early which freed us to stroll around the temple nearby and the rest of Atami, all of the host’s recommendations! My friends and I used the common area often as it was filled with natural light and windows across the entire span of the room. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

Where can I start! This has been one of the best place I have stayed in Japan. The host was amazingly nice, the personal very friendly, they can speak English so it was easier. Staying there was like therapy. Great atmosphere, art everywhere even in every bed. Really comfortable and warm.

Cozy apartment with kitchen including microwave & rice cooker and balcony where you can watch fireworks. We were surprised that there's also game zone provided lots of mini games. We seemed like having little party during our stay. Free parking is included too. The staffs are also very nice and responsive. We would definitely rebook nest Olive Atami in the future.
