The breakfast and dinner were great. We enjoyed some of traditional Japanese dishes. Also we enjoyed coffee at the balcony over looking the Pacific Ocean. The location was quiet and privacy was ensured, so we were able to maintain our Nonerelaxing time. Last but not least, guest room with private open-air bath was great.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The gentleman at the concierge was truly a highlight of our stay with his warm and welcoming nature. When I mentioned that we were looking for a restaurant with vegetarian options, he immediately contacted a local spot that fit our needs and arranged a taxi for us as well. The facilities were very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed, cozy atmosphere with genuinely friendly staff.

The view from the hotel is very nice, located near the sea and easy to access. It was spacious and clean, with all necessary facilities which made the stay very comfortable. One of the best hostels I have ever been to, not only in Japan, but in general. To start with, staff were incredible, hard working and always there to help if needed. Location was perfect, facilities were great, really nice atmosphere, cosy beds and great views from the living room and the roof. I originally booked two nights there, though ended up staying for six. Highly recommended! Really, deserves a 10/10 in my opinion.

The food offered for dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The staff, with their limited English, managed to make the stay exceptional and always went the extra step to make me feel comfortable even though communication from my end was shaky!! The onsens were so relaxing !!At check out, they dropped me.to the station which was absolutely lovely.Best Place! Best People!

Great location next to a ferry and 10 min walk from the beach. Amazing ocean view from the room and restaurant. Good dinner and breakfast. Playroom with table tennis and game machines- nice for families to avoid the heat. The hotel is a bit old, but clean, with a small open air onsen at the roof- overall, excellent value for money for a family holiday.

Well ventilated capsule accommodation. 10 cm gap at top of lockable capsule door and exhaust fan kept bed comfortable. Well equipped communal kitchen. Locker for luggage available prior to check in and during stay. I felt safe

Clean, comfortable, great location! Just a short walk away from Atami station. Good value for money. The incredibly hospitable and friendly hosts set this place apart from other accommodations. One of our most memorable stays in the region!!

The hotel is a traditional Japanese vacation hotel with an Onsen ( tattooed people not allowed), the vibe is very Showa, I stayed in the Japanese style superior room and it was beautiful. There’s a shop inside, lots of vending machines, a karaoke room, a beautiful garden, a koi pond in a corridor (!) to the elevators, just a very Japanese experience.
