Accommodations in Furano

The location is right next to the train & bus station. Really convenient for us who go around by public bus. The staffs are so helpful and friendly too even though their english are a bit limited. They also had totoro snowman at the terrace!

Definitely will come back when i go visit furano again. Exceptional stay!

Excellent, the place was great for a ski trip. We even forgot headphones after checkout and the owner kindly found them and shipped them to us. Incredibly high quality of service.

The cabin was quiet and located in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the scenery as we drove from Furano. It was wonderful to be able to better experience what it might be like to be in the countryside with people who lived there. The hosts were easy-going and extremely easy to reach with questions and concerns. Dinner at their neighboring restaurant was fabulous and an experience all to itself. We would love to come back for another stay!

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and great. It has everything you might need on a short trip, washer/dryer machine, pots and plates, toaster oven, kettle etc. We didn`t use it but there was a BBQ in the deck. It was raining when we visited but backyard could be fun for the kids to run around.

excellent onsen, breakfast, service, and free coffee / tea served in the lobby, which makes lots of convenience to the guests during the winter season.

The hotel is super new, it looked and felt so luxurious. This was not something I was accustomed to with ski hotels. The facilities were amazing too. The onsen was so beautiful, especially the outdoor one. It was perfect after a long day on the slopes. And not to mention only a 2 minute walk to the ski lifts.

Breakfast is great! Have ski locker and shuttle to and from ski resort. Onsen also nice.

Perfect for peaceful quiet stay near kitanomine ski area. The hotel is perfect with ski room outside to put your boots to dry. Want to highlight lovely breakfast with set plate and semi buffet , dinner it’s western style food which is very good too. The room is also big and very clean. Onsen was perfect there’s two pools and one ‘sauna’ room. There is free shuttle service scheduled at set period to ski resort/JR/etc which is useful. They have a yoga room but we haven’t used it but facility is great. Location wise can get 10 minute taxi easily to go to town area since hotel is located in more quiet area.Overall the stay was excellent with friendly staff

The home is modern, well furnished, and conveniently located near the JR station and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return if we visit Furano again.

We stayed at Fenix West in a 3-bedroom unit as a family of five and had a peaceful, relaxing stay. The area is quiet and a bit removed from the hustle and bustle, which we appreciated. There isn’t much around, but there is a Lawson about 700 meters downhill for basic needs. Special mention to Dorothy at the front desk—she was fantastic! Always smiling, very approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She gave us great recommendations for dining and assisted with reservations and arranging transportation. Her warm and accommodating service really made a difference. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a calm and comfortable getaway

We had three nights with the twin futon and balcony room. The room was spacious enough, clean and with a seperate toilet/shower. We thoroughly enjoyed a morning coffee upstairs looking at the view over the mountains. Having a car made it accessible to nearby restaurants, as without one it would be difficult. We would love to come back in winter to see Furano with all the snow.

Exceptionally clean and very spacious with full appliances in the house. We are so pleased to be here. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

In general - everything. Specifically: Super clean apartment. Very very nice owner - took care for all the amenities related to our toddler. There is parking lot in front of the house. Brochure with suggestions of what to do around, restaurants, activities and more.

Amazing stay! Such a nice house, super clean, lots of room. Very comfortable house with large rooms, perfect for a big group. Ski lockers and mud room were great for those on ski trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

The place has six single beds in 3 rooms, one downstairs and the other 2 upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities with many instructions and notices to guide you especially on waste disposal classification and bins. There a washer and dryer to in the bathroom. For those driving, the place has a covered garage next to the door. Checking in was easy as the place uses digital lock. Highly recommended.
