Staff was really helpful, special touch to Saki at the reception that helped us retrieve my sister’s backpack as it was sent to another city by mistake, we thought it was lost, and yet she managed to get it back and fix all our issues! Many thanks! 😁🙏 The hotel was very clean and comfy, good location to move to town either by walk or taxi.

Traditional Japanese home with modern upgrades! Very comfortable and amazing view of Mt Fuji (when weather is right) from balcony or from outside the front of the house. Several places to eat food in walking distance. Well equipped for visitors. Would stay there again!
