Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time staying at yonagoya. The owners are some of the kindest people we have met. I broke my thumb skiing and they took us to the hospital, waited awake for us and even had food waiting for us because we were at the hospital until late. The house is super traditional and it really feels like you’re staying at their place. The room was warm (we stayed in winter) and the breakfast was amazing every morning. We will be coming back if we ski in Japan again.

Everything!! Super convenient place, just a few steps to the chair lift. We wished we could have stayed here longer. The place was clean and the common area was really cosy. The owners were also really nice, we seemed to be the only foreigners there as it looks like it’s for staff accommodation. Take note that there isn’t bus service to the town on sundays.

The place was amazing. The service was supreme. The staff was very polite and lovely.

The manager of Morizuya did an amazing job. From parking our car, helping us choose a Yukata, giving advice for dinner options outside the ryokan to taking very professional photos of us in and around the inn in our Yukatas. He really wanted us to have the best time possible and we did. Our room was spacious. The inn had 2 baths (one indoor cave bath and one outdoor stone bath. You can use them privately in the afternoon and evening and they are public in the morning). Around check-in time you can also have a short tea ceremony, held by the manager's mother. My friends and I loved having that experience. Additionally you receive an Onsen pass, which you can use in all 7 bath houses in Kinosaki Onsen. It's valid until check-out day 3.30pm.

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River.
