The all-you-can-eat buffet was excellent. Especially the dinner, which provided a wide array of different both Japanese and Western foods. The public baths are both very nice with outdoor and indoor pools. The facilities overall are very well maintained and the lobby in particular is atmospheric in the evenings. Close to the train station.

The room choosen for me was excellent and high floor facing waterfall. Very beautiful scenery from the room when it was snowing

The accommodation provide private onsens in three styles, which are available free of charge. I love breakfast and wonderful dinner with good authentic tastes. The surrounding area offering a pleasant opportunity to explore the local culture, food and desserts. Additionally, the accommodation is conveniently located near Unazuki Onsen Station, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.

Yes breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and courteous. I also want to thank the lady who helped me with my bags on the first day, she was very understanding and nice.

The staff Yulley is so sweet and friendly. She served us all the time. Dinner and breakfast both are perfect. Classical Japanese style.

Good service great food amazing onsen

Onsen was great. Place to be in mountain. Foods were very very good, japanese beeakfast was really extra, japanese dinner was excellent. Everything Nice, staff was very caring of you and helpfull.

The size of the room is quite impressive. it is quite large for 3 adults. The bed is good, we slept tightly. so sad that we reached the hotel about 7 pm and tired from long journey on a train from Nikko so I wanted to sleep and lazy to try public bath. Next time I will set a better plan to have time to spent at this hotel. around the hotel is ver quiet but you still can find the restaurant around there. Along the way we walked from the train station we saw some and 7-11 is not far from tje hotel.

Facilities and extras are top-notch! We had a massage chair in our room, free ramen, and a communal onsen that nobody else used when we visited. Glad we stayed here after a long journey from Tokyo. 👌
