Our stay at Sansuiso Spa was truly exceptional. The quality of the food, the elegance of the traditional meals, and the overall attention to detail created an unforgettable experience. Every member of the team was kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the first moment. I would like to highlight one person in particular—her name was Abe Moka. She attended us during a private dinner and again at breakfast the next day. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were extraordinary. She anticipated every need, explained the dishes beautifully, and created a calm and joyful atmosphere. She was, without doubt, the best of the best. Sansuiso Spa is incredibly fortunate to have her on the team. Her service elevated our entire stay, and I sincerely believe she deserves recognition—perhaps even a salary raise—for the outstanding hospitality she offers to guests. Highly recommended. The Onsen is amazing! It location is the most beautiful picturesque setting blossoms, river so beautiful! It has a very authentic Japanese feel and the staff were so kind and helpful.
