Accommodation in Sapporo

Really good location, just a few steps from the JR station and the underground walkway.

Amazing amenities, family mart right through lobby incase of any requirement

I stayed ladies only section and I loved it. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was wonderful, service was great. Everything was more than perfect!

Location was close to many shops and restaurants. Located in shopping street. Room was good size for 5 pax.

The room was very spacious, and the location is incredibly convenient. All the amenities were provided, including a humidifier, which was a great touch. （There is a comfortable public bath onsen in the hotel） The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is super close to both the downtown area and the subway. It’s so easy to get around. （One of the hotel entrance is even in the Tanukikoji Street） Highly recommended！

The hotel was very nicely designed sending very relaxing vibes. The rooms were cozy and had all amenities one can ask for. I especially liked the breakfast and onsen.

Perfect value for money. Had an awesome time.

Great location, just a few steps from Nakajima park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable, I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again. Thanks

We had a really comfortable stay. The private room was clean, warm, and well prepared, and the shared bathrooms and kitchen were always kept tidy. The bed was firm but comfortable, and we slept well after long days exploring Sapporo. The TV is located on the first floor, and the refrigerator, microwave, and other utilities are available in the kitchen, making self-cooking very convenient. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient — supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, and it’s easy to reach Susukino and other central areas by subway. Self check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the host was very responsive and kind whenever we had questions. Overall, this is great value for money in Sapporo, especially if you want a calm place to rest. We would happily stay here again.

It was a self check-in as the host was away on a trip, but another guest kindly welcomed and assisted me upon arrival, which I really appreciated. This is a warm and cozy home shared with the host’s family of 4, along with other guests staying on the 3th floor. My room was located on the ground floor, which made it very convenient when handling luggage. The room itself was spacious, bright, and came with usable storage space. The shared facilities — including the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet — are located on the 2nd floor, so moving up and down the stairs is necessary quite often. This may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. As someone without a car, it is about a 10mins walk to the nearest subway station, with no bus access, but the route is flat and situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. Convenience store and lunch/dinner options are all about a 10mins walk away. One pleasant bonus is there's a lovely café and bakery just across the street. Overall, it was a comfortable and homely stay, especially suitable for those who enjoy a quiet residential environment and family-style accommodation experience.

The house has good insulation despite being an old building. Two heating units were provided, which is very thoughtful. House appliances were also complete for basic daily needs. I believe the host was very responsive when I complained about the compounded snow because I came back later to find the stairs in a better state.

The location is great, walking distance to the Sapporo Beer Museum, and not far from stations. Amenities were more than adequate, they provided everything we needed and more, such as a well equipped kitchen, free coffee, great sound system, television, gaming consoles, etc.

Spacious apartment. Washing machine. Overall good place for a stay within 10 minute walk from the station.

No traffic sounds - nice and quiet. Decor is warm and comfortable. View of a big river with greenery over a balcony. A pretty spacious apartment for a good price. Enjoyed the bath and gas stove. Next to a paid public parking area.

Great location for shopping with direct access to the subway. The whole room is very clean. Speedy wifi access. Love the blue tooth stereo in the room, very useful.

Excellent location, right at the centre. Helpful staff. Comfortable room with plenty of space.

Nice location with a short walk from the subway to the train station. We keep walking under the subway during snow because it is warm :) Koko Hotel is in the central of everything. I will come again when I visit Sapporo.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, and they are very generous of providing our sanitary supplies every day. There are a lot of activities the hotel is offering, and I just wish we had more time to try everything. The breakfast buffet is also worth the price we paid. Will surely return to this hotel again if given the chance to return to Hokkaido.

The Staff was extremely nice, The hotel is beautifuk with great view of the lake, Onsen was very nice, Dinner was amazing, Breakfast was very good. Location is very good.

Was in the best location. A big room for Japan standards. Hotel was so nice we thought it was 5 stars. Has a really nice bar that you get given tokens for, which overlooks sapporos main square.

The hotel elevator goes directly down to the Sapporo station tunnel.

Excellent location everything is well thought of

Just perfect. Beautiful, and spacious room, tastefully and thoughtfully designed and furnished as the everything in this hotel. Super comfortable bed. Loved the bathroom and grooming amenities made avaliable. Loved, loved, loved the record player and record library on the 2nd floor (next to the bar) - full of beautiful Jazz gems. Service was stellar. WiFi reliable. Hope to be back another time.

The room may be small but it was very functional. We (a family of 4 including one toddler and one young kid) managed to squeeze on the triple beds. The best part about the room is the washing machine. Saves the headache of needing to queue at coin laundries for washer or dryer.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in Japan for a month and this was the best place we stayed in. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. You could use the lounge for free for an hour each day (drinks and snacks - including alcohol). It was easy to walk to public transport and attractions.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Always welcome and goodbye by smile.

Location was very good. Room was clean.

Comfortable hotel right in the middle of the city.
