Clean, comfy and very well located. Really good price too.

The staff are very helpful and responsive

Spacious and the location along the highway.

Good view and location close to station. There’s public onsen in the hotel.

Location, quietness and comfort

Good location and resonable price

I loved the perfect location to both the railway station and the sea. Also the staff was very friendly and I got amazing breakfast buffet (even though I am vegan, there were still tons of options; I was even provided in advance a full list of all dishes and their respective allergens). The amenities were top notch and my room was diligently and discreetly cleaned on every day when I was out on my business.

The Lady that welcomed me was adorable, nice and very comprehensive despite my poor japanese. Very comfy room, good shower and very cute dogs and cat. 1000/10 I would love to go there again. Thank you again so much.

Very clean when we arrived. The staff was kind to arrange some more pots and pans when we requested and was also kind to arrange taxi on the day of check out. Yunokawa onsen tram stop is within 8 min walking distance to take downtown. There are departmental stores znd convenience stores nearby.

Lovely modern space, very clean. Would stay again.

The place is dog friendly (the hosts have dogs too) and the apartment was clean and had the usual amenities provided. Hosts were living upstairs of the accommodation, so reaching them if any issue arises is really easy. The hosts were definitely the highlight - they were friendly and accommodating, checking in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered to drive us to places! They also had great recommendations for places of interest or dining options and are undoubtedly the best guides to approach if you have any questions regarding the area. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hakodate.

Wakamatsu itself is the experience when in Hakodate

Seafront, quiet, good size room for Japan, walking distance to town. Could open window and sleep with fresh air and sounds of the ocean.

They were amazing! The place has so much charm and it is so cozy to be in! The view is amazing also and the food was great! Everything made with soooo much love ❤️

location - directly in front of the sea ! but the seaside is not clean...filled with rubbish in the sand...still the water is clear and the view is stunning. condition - very well designed house ! we have the whole house to ourselves, Wish we had stayed longer !

Spacious room with a good view of the Goryokaku tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s quite near to a couple of attractions and the clean facilities.

Excellent variety of food for the morning breakfast.

The breakfast is so good and include variety of local dishes plus healthy food. Our family all enjoy the breakfast and using public baths

The view and the location are great.

Booked the private onsen and got what i wanted with a spacious room!

The Japanese staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The location was great as it was very close to the main train station. The rooms were very compact but it was well equipped. Highly recommended if you need a short stay.

Excellent location--Just 3 mins walk from the tram station and the 足湯. The staff is helpful and kind, able to speak English. Truly great onsen facility--one at the ground floor the other at the top. The bath area is very clean and the onsen area, especially the outdoor one on the first floor, offers very refreshing experience of switching between hot (two truly hot onsen pool and one with mild, warm temperature) and cold (the outdoor air and the cold water pool). I ordered both the dinner and the breakfast, and both are excellent. The Japanese style room is also great, spacious and full of grass fragrances from tatami. The pillow is also filled with such stuffing with fragrance--and actually you can choose the stuffing the hardness of the pillow if you want to. Regret that I got lazy and didn't use this service. Would like to try next time if there's chances.
