It had everything we needed. Clean and quiet, with a calming view of the sea from our balcony. Location was walking distance from the All Night Lamp, the Otaru Music Box Museum, Steam Clock, Le Tao, Kitaichi Glass Factory and several other tourist attractions.

Love this place in the firs second. I booked one night and ended up staying 2 extra nights because I really like the atmosphere here. It’s a place makes you feel warm like home. The owner and staff are very welcoming and kind. The space are cozy. Don’t forget to try the breakfast, it’s amazing!!

The place is a room in a guest apartment. The room is much larger than usual in Japan and has a new and clean shower and toilet. The location is about a 6 minute drive from the city center and there is parking if you come by car. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the entrance floor and everything is clean and inviting. The manager and owner were very kind and welcoming. The manager also helped us park every time we arrived, gave us good recommendations for entertainment and also invited us for coffee at the owner's house. We highly recommend the place.
