We were expecting something beautiful but they managed to even exceed our expectations. The place is amazing, the staff is super kind and helpful. The onsen was clean and perfect to take a break from fast paced travel, take a moment to relax and enjoy it. Dinner and breakfast felt extremely authentic and of course good, even if far from what we are used to in Europe. This place is a must if you want to try a real Japanese experience.
