The place is very clean and well organized. The staffs are very polite and explained me everything very carefully. I stayed on the first floor with my son and it was a very nice room. He enjoyed a lot and I’m really happy. I was able to wash your clothes on the coin laundry, it cost only ¥300 to wash and ¥100 to dry for 30 minutes. Since I stayed only one night, I opt to choose a room without the breakfast but I still do not regret.

We stayed here after a difficult situation because we had a car accident on our trip. The host was incredibly kind and caring. Even though we arrived late at night, she waited for us and welcomed us warmly. The room was clean, beautiful, spacious, and fully prepared with everything we needed. It truly felt like our own home. The next morning, because of our injuries and hospital visit, we asked if we could check out later. The host didn’t just accept, she also offered to take us to the hospital herself. Later, when we struggled to find a taxi for our long return trip to Tokyo, she kindly arranged help for us again. Her uncle drove us safely, and he was very friendly during the ride. We are deeply grateful for their kindness. This place is not just a place to stay — it is a home with wonderful people. We highly recommend staying here. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The hotel is vey clean and the restaurant on site named the Arkadia is very good and reasonably priced. You must visit the Sano Outlet Premium Mall for great deals from international brands and you should visit Ashikaga Flower Park.

The staff were helpful, the location was great with the station nearby as well as a lot of lovely restaurants and sights to see all within walking distance. The view from my room was also amazing, I could just about see half the city with the mountains in the background.
