The pools facilities where amazing and the restaurants ha e great food

To no one's surprise, a Japanese hotel is super cleanly and orderly. The Route Inn gives you the option of having a light daily cleaning and a full daily cleaning. I opted for the light cleaning, since I'm not a messy person, and I was only staying for 4 days. The breakfast provided was also fantastic. Served in a buffet style, the hotel restaurant provided a variety of both Western style and Japanese style breakfast foods.

We had an amazing stay at BYAKU. The room was amazing and clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating to our English speaking. The dining experience, in particular, was incredible and was a highlight of our time in Japan. BYAKU made us feel very special during our stay (it was our honeymoon) and I really couldn’t recommend them enough!

Silva and the rest of the staff were the most helpful, generous, and friendly of hosts. The building itself was beautiful and so well thought out - from the minute you walk in they make you feel so at home. The room was beautiful, and the bath was great! It was great to have dinner and breakfast at the property, firstly because they were lovely. Secondly, because the town is very quiet at night. It was a pleasure to stay in the town and explore once most people had moved on for the night. The location is great, and was a lovely stop over on our trip through Japan - we only wished that we had another night to truly relax!

Value for money, cosy hotel with small but clean and adequate room. Great for airport transfer in Matsumoto because it’s very short distance to the airport. Service and (paid) breakfast are very good. Highly recommended!

Good access from on-site parking. A little on the outskirts of town but several dining options closeby. Service as always in japan excellent

The food was amazing!!! The staff made a real effort to cook us a fantastic Japanese meal and to explain to us how to eat it. The room we stayed in was an authentic Japanese room with no beds (only futons to be rolled out on the floor). I loved having this experience and would recommend for any western travellers looking to have a unique experience.

Hotel is next to the train station, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The lady at the reception tried her best to explain everything to me even though she doesn't speak perfect English.

This modern apartment is double-storey and is able to house at least 10 people. The landlord met us on site and.briefed us on everything, including eating places and places of interest. The place was very clean and had a washing machine. You can dry your clothes under the heating a/c which took only a short time. Location is excellent, right in Narai post town. We had a great rest after all the walking.

This was an exceptional experience in the Kiso valley , food was excellent and so interesting. The chef explained each course , also the manager took me on a day trip to Narai-juku which was so good . This experience is like staying in some one’s home. The hospitality was very good and much appreciated by myself as an older person travelling alone.

House was very clean, well equiped and had a lot of space. A bit out of city center but lovely and train station very close. Staff was very nice and great comunication. Perfect. Would recommend.

The love hotel is well equipped, the rooms are very large and have all kinds of accessories. You can order food to your room and there are free drinks available. The hosts were very friendly, parking is next to the room. Interesting Japanese experience, but not for everyone.
