The hotel is little old but they take very good care of it so I feeld very good in this hotel👍 the room was spacious and clean 🙏 in the room we had a massage chair so was very good plus👍 all staff we met was very kind and polite 🙏 breakfast was very delicious thank you very much 😊😊😊 I highly recommend this hotel. Easy access and good location and parking in underground 👍👍👍👍👍

Super close to the Itami airport Nearby konbini and restaurant. Definitely a great spot for a short stay if you’re traveling in and out of Itami airport Futon beds were comfortable and kitchen amenities were great. Lots of snacks and coffee/tea offered for free

Staying here felt like visiting kind, welcoming relatives in Japan. While the listing describes it as an apartment with shared amenities, it’s actually a private space located on the upper floor of a traditional family home. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, but manageable, and they added to the unique, homey feel of the experience. The space upstairs was quiet, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The home was adorned with beautiful cultural and religious items that created a peaceful and reflective atmosphere. I found them deeply moving and respectful of the host family’s heritage and beliefs. What truly made this stay special were the hosts. They were warm, gracious, and incredibly thoughtful—always making sure I felt comfortable while also giving me space to relax. I felt like I was being welcomed into someone’s home, not just staying in a rental. Breakfast was waiting for me and my children on the table. Amazing! If you’re looking for an authentic and peaceful experience in Japan that feels more like staying with family than in a hotel, this is a wonderful choice. A small note for future guests: The home does not have an elevator, and the stairs to the guest space are narrow and steep. It’s something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns, but if that’s not an issue, this place is a peaceful and heartwarming gem.

We stayed only one night so we can fly from Itami Airport, super close, they had free shuttle bus to airport, personally I didn’t know that Itami Airport is opening at 6:00 am, so the stuff told me that I don’t need to rush, they helped me with that information. Super kind and helpful.
