EXCELLENT hotel, next to the JR train station, clean, comfortable, good value for money, safe, good location, I would stay again, good breakfast, great for couples and solo travellers, close to everything, next to the train station but no noise, rooms are lovely, great view of the mountains, big rooms, Great stay

Just perfect. I can’t say anything bad about it. The receptionists, the breakfast, the room, the bathroom. All great!

Its close proximity to the train station and to the places we went to nearby made our holiday even better, didn't disappoint me and my sister. The staff member who assisted us in using the self check-in machine was very helpful. Our room had a good space and bathroom was squeaky clean. The best of all, was the breakfast and the free ice cream/drinks we enjoyed and greatly appreciated the hospitality.

My friend and I recently stayed at this newly opened accommodation, and it was a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The facilities are excellent, featuring everything you could need, including a traditional onsen—a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring or skiing. The room was spacious, and the futon bed was extremely comfortable. The location is unbeatable! Situated on the historical Takayu Street, it’s surrounded by charming shops, restaurants, and onsens. It’s also super convenient for skiing enthusiasts—just a 7-minute walk to Zao Base Center Jupeer, Uwanadai Slope, and Zao Chuo Ropeway. Plus, the Zao bus terminal is only 3 minutes away on foot. Don’t miss the restaurant “Ringoya” on-site, which serves absolutely delicious food.

Easy location near Yamagata Station, nice clean rooms and facilities, great amenities, 7-11 right downstairs, staff was great and friendly Everything about this hotel is made to be easy for the traveler. We didn’t include breakfast in our stay as it was for 6 nights but did buy tickets for one morning and it was delicious for a reasonable price

Real comfortable vintage yet classic hotel. It's basically located in the heart of Yamagata city which you can get access to almost anything you want such as groceries supermarket, Izakaya, food chain, AEON mall and etc. great deal and value for money to stay in the hotel.

I liked The staff, super professional and respectful. The young man working the desk (night of 14 January 2025) was ready to go above and beyond. It was a pleasure being assisted by him 👍🏼. The bed was perfect, very comfortable and better than most. The room was well prepared upon my arrival. Thank you so much 🙏

The staff were very polite, the breakfast was very good, the room was quite standard and comfortable and mostly clean.

The host cared about us during our 4-night stay, offering advice on food choices and being supportive! He even gave us a watermelon before we checked out! Although it’s not so big as expected, it is carefully designed, a big TV screen, a small kitchen, Netflix, a washing machine.

The host, dinner and breakfast also free parking.

We loved the cozy feel of the apt and the unique decorations. We loved the pellet stove, which kept us nice and warm! It was well equipped, comfortable beds and clean space. It had a very homelike feel and it was in an excellent location near town, restaurants and grocery store.

The location looks pretty good as it is not super far from the station, but almost right next to the bus. The room was quite nice very retro. The food was OK for me, but overall I think if I coming back again, I will book this place again.
