Much better than expected. All the facilities are there. Very clean. The owner is very friendly. He took care of everything we needed. Every word was spoken with respect. I recommend it. We had more time than other hotels. He charged us less than the amount we booked.

I had a great stay! The house is incredibly cozy, clean, and very modest – perfect for a relaxing visit. It’s conveniently located close to Cargills Food City, Keells Super, and many other facilities, making it super easy to get whatever you need. Me and one of my office colleague stayed at house of sincerity for three nights and I must say the place is really comfy. The place is so close to Maharagama town ( just walking distance to Wattegedara junction) and our stay was really great. The room has a pantry with gas cooker, microwave, mini fridge and other cooking stuffs which was really helpful. Akil, the owner is so supportive, friendly and assures the safety of the tenants. Will defenitly choose the place in future as well.

The location is beautiful - in a leafy suburb of Colombo where the pace is gentle. The gardens are delightful and made such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The guesthouse itself is special - open pavilion-style lounge area with an indoor courtyard letting in natural light. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. There's a choice of western or local breakfast, and if you feel adventurous, the hosts explain ingredients, how to prepare and eat the breakfast. It's honestly so delicious. The hosts are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. It was easy to communicate and to come and go as you need. Restaurants nearby are walking distance for lunch / dinner. It's easy for tuktuks or taxis to get you there and away as you need with attractions like Barefoot very nearby. If you're travelling alone, it's perfect - you feel safe and comfortable to spend time alone or engage with hosts and other guests as you like.
