Accommodation in Creel

The hotel style and location are perfect, the best option to stay in town. Also food was really good.

Personnel were kind and friendly. The manager was so kind, that at 10:00 pm he offered to pick us up at the bus station. Emmanuel, the man who took us to all the different places was very kind and he explained everything accurately and in a nice way. He knows a lot There's a good supermarket next door. The hotel is nice and clean. Locación is good. You can walk to City centre The towels are nice and white.

cabins are rustic but comfortable the restaurant is very nice and the service great the breakfast is always the same no variety but the a la cart lunch and dinners are very good they also provide transportation into town

I didn't expect so nuce room in such a small town, it was really good!

Great location! Staff went above and beyond!

This property was beautiful. Really comfortable rooms, well heated and enough blankets for the climate. Guillermo was a brilliant host, everything was well explained at check in and he makes a great coffee in the morning. Was a really good person to chat to if you want to learn more about the area and the Creel community. Everything was super clean.

New house with good equipment, space and quietly located away from noisy Centre. helpful staff, everything worked well.

Breakfast cast extra, we ate at restaurants in town.

Nothing really. Quite possibly the worst place I have stayed in my 5 weeks in Mexico

Very helpful, even let me keep my bag there a few days after. Nice standard in the room.

They picked me up from the train station for free. The internet was the fastest I experienced in Mexico - they had a Starlink connection. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. Although I don't speak Spanish they were helpful in communicating through Google Translate. The location is next to a large grocery store. Even leaving was on a positive note: I indicated I was going to walk to the train station, was given a bottle of water for the walk, and was surprised by a free lift after I was 5m down the road. Would definitely recommend. PS: this was the highlight of my Copper Canyon trip. Lots of good hiking. My favorite thing was just exploring, following random foot trails to amazing lookouts.

Well-located and spacious. Management welcoming, attentive, responsive and helpful.

great location, attentive staff

The room was comfortable and the wifi and tv worked well and included an English channel. The hot water flow in the shower and basin was strong and the aircon ensured that the room was cosy. Guadalupe was very friendly and helpful and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, near all the restaurants and shops and it was very easy and near to walk to and from the train and bus stations.
