Accommodations in Ensenada

Since I live in Ensenada, this one-night stay was a mini-vacation for me. The facilities are absolutely the best. The food is top-notch, and last night I have to praise 2 of your people for their Outstanding jobs. The manager Edgar was everywhere but when I sat down for dinner he was very attentive. Also the young man Aaron was doing a great job taking care of people Inside and Outside at the pool area.

The view was exceptional and so calming. The beds were especially comfortable, and our short overnight stay was just what we needed during an otherwise stressful trip.

Everything was great. Clean, soft bed, great friendly staff, good price, local to downtown, good for walking and I have a big truck and 17foot trailer I was able to park out front on quiet street if you get there early in the day or after 5pm.

My Sister-in-law who uses a walker, was not able to use the stairs. They upgraded our room at no extra charge to a floor that the elevator goes to. Not sure why but the elevator doesn't go to all floors.

The hotel is very centrally located. The decoration and attention to detail is superb and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

They were thrilled with the upstairs bedroom, turning it into their little adventure zone. As a parent, seeing them so happy and entertained was a joy. The instructions provided for accessing our room were clear and detailed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The hacienda is ideally situated, with a variety of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. This convenience significantly enhanced our stay, allowing us to explore the local area with ease.

Super clean, very friendly staff and very reasonable price. I loved it and it should be a law that all hotels have the system that the EIFFEL hotel has, using the card to activate the light, that is supporting the environment, saving energy.
