What could be more dreamy than sleeping to the sound of waves and waking up to glorious sunrises?! The rooms are huge and well appointed, each one is ocean-facing with a patio. I could not get over how beautifully designed this resort is, with an infinity pool, a second pool nearby, comfortable loungers, and a variety of loungers, beach beds, and hammocks on the beach. It blends nicely onto to the cliffs with desert gardens weaving throughout. It's just stunning. A minor hickup was quickly resolved. I requested a room change almost immediately. As a solo woman there to rest I didn't like being sandwiched between a noisy family and two chatty women getting drinks delivered to the room (#5), so they put me in a much more serene section which was also closer to the restaurant and pools. I only had dinners there, and the food was pricy but excellent.

The hotel was very well located and staff were fantastic. Special thanks to Carlos who could not do enough for us and allowed us a late checkout which was also appreciated. The pool area was great. While there was no coffee or TV in the room, it was nice to enjoy coffee by the pool in the morning, where a TV was also located. The hotel was very quirky with lovely Mexican art, and room was spacious. Would stay again and also highly recommend!

Located in Los Barriles, just a 1-hour drive north from Los Cabos International Airport, Hotel Playa del Sol overlooks the beautiful Sea of Cortez.

Epic location , friendly helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Tomas at reception helped us book a last minute fishing trip which was so good we had the best time. Nice big pool and good poolside bar not the flashiest place if you are looking for 5 start but more than enough for us. Hope to come back

Nice new rooms, but bathroom is small and surely needs some renovation. The beach is spectacular and the swiming pool is well kept, with a quite large jacuzzi for guests.

Situated in La Ribera, 35 km from Cabo Pulmo National Park, Hacienda De Palmas provides air-conditioned accommodation and an outdoor swimming pool.

Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite remote but that gives it its charm. You are within walking distance from a few convenience stores in town which has basics if you forget something. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Probably one of the most beautiful and magical places we have ever stayed, definitely the best stay in Baja California. A true oasis in the desert, breathtaking design. The staff was just amazing. Dinner is delicious.
