The location and the common areas are gorgeous! I've also used the laundry service and it was impeccable, but tourist prices

The people here, from the front desk, Kevin for instance, nicest guy ever, to the night watchman who was always helping, even to carry coffee to our room even at five am. . Everyone, gracious and considerate. Breakfast was so casual and really good to be free And they let us be while worked all day.

Very chilled. Lovely spacious room. Comfortable beds. Nice big balcony. TV with lots of channels. Poolside has many loungers and beds. Pool was heated. Breakfast was very good! Staff were friendly and polite. There was a band playing on the Saturday night and they were amazing! Definitely felt at home in this hotel and would stay again.

Stayed here as a solo traveler for my first two nights to get accustomed. This hotel is a little refuge/oasis off the busy main road. Everything is well organized and the staff are very professional and helpful. The restaurant still served good lunch and dinner although there were not many guests around. The included breakfast was awesome with lots of Mexican dishes as well. The pool was wonderful and warm. Beautiful flowers everywhere and the property is well maintained.

Big , no very nice hotel! Our stay was very good and we are happy with everything! Restaurants, pool, beach.The room was amazing and very big. And Thank you to photographer Ilse Aripez for our lovely photos! We are happy that choose this hotel .

The room was very nice. View was amazing! Very clean and king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved watching the whales from the beach and from our room. Poolside service was excellent. The food and drinks served at the pool were very good.

Friendly welcome, super clean, awsome free breakfast on rooftop patio, little touches such as lotion, cookies and water.

We absolutely loved this place! we had a junior suite on the second floor. The location, room, facilities, staff and food were all amazing!

The location was very convenient, near the marina area

The room is compact, but had everything we need for our stay! A big plus was that it was quiet, as the window went out to an inner yard. It's 1,5 km fra Medano beach, and 2,5 km from Empecadora Beach - we didn't mind the walking. The beach umbrella came in handy! There is a nice ceviche-streetfood at 12 pm every day two blocks away - don't miss it!

Rosendo & Jose are exceptional hosts! Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable firm beds, lots of hot water, superior quality pillows and towels, keyless entry, and spacious rooms. No problems.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this place. The location was excellent — we could easily walk both to the beach and to the marina. There was a great taqueria nearby, as well as shops and everything we needed within walking distance. The room had all the essentials and was comfortable. The host was amazing — very kind, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us great recommendations on where to go and where to eat, which made our stay even better. A huge plus for us was that after check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage and even take a shower later, which was extremely convenient.

Very original hotel with a lot of character! Beautiful interior. Super friendly staff. Great location away from the tourist noise but walking distance from everywhere. Great restaurants nearby.

House is very clean and neat and it was as shown in pictures and check in was very smooth. All the rooms including kitchen and bathroom are very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything is perfect and I would definitely recommend this. Love to visit again
