We loved listening to the guitarist who played nightly in the restaurant garden. Staff was kind and helpful, and the garden had tables where one could sit and write.

United StatesI loved sitting on the balcony. I asked to be on a top floor & they approved my request. The room was beautiful, clean, nice bathroom. Very friendly staff that recommended the restaurant there, it was pouring rain all night, so we ate there. The mac n cheese was delicious!! This place gives 100% good service was so delicious!! When I return, I will stay here again. Very comfortable, quiet, safe. It was a good location, close to bus station, but I took a taxi due to the rainstorm.

This stay was amazing. Nice room. Great price, clean accommodation and superb host. Jonathan was incredible with his suggestions and deals regarding tours and places to visit. Breakfast is simply 10/10 prepared by his parents and staff members. I would recommend this place 100%. The location is also very very central.

This is the best accommodation to stay in Valladolid. The hosts are super nice and friendly. Breakfast is filling and delicious. A real family environment, with a wonderful small garden and pool. They have two puppies they are also very cute. No unnecessary luxury, nice and neat, a real Mexican feeling.

I had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation which is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and it is approximately 25 minutes walking from main square. Bed was comfortable, shower was working as expected. Host was very friendly and willing to help.

A great stay in a funky homestay style place. Nice big, clean room. Water, coffee, tea, fruit and toast available 24x7. Fantastic, friendly hosts, and very quiet accommodation despite the perfect central location in the middle of Valladolid.

The accommodations were what we expected and great value. You can't beat the location to the central square and ADO bus station. Everything is within walking distance. It was great to have the use of the common area kitchen and fridge to store snacks and extra adult beverages. Room was very clean and staff super friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was very cute and spacious! We did not really stay at the hotel as we arrived late and stayed only one night, but The bed was comfy and there is big fridge. I liked that you can park your car inside the accommodation and there was kitchen outside. The location was very good that you can reach to the center on foot in 10 min and the famour cenote was right nearby.

The atmosphere and the caves were amazing! The hammocks by the pool were also great for relaxing! Our room was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. We also had use of beautiful robes for the caves and pool. We also enjoyed a free tequila shot on entrance which was a great way to start our vacation!
The turtle sanctuary and yoga classes are also a great plus. There is even a foot spa where the fish eat the dead skin from your feet!

We stayed here because we want to be the first to arrive at Chichen Itza. I didn't spent much time in the accomodation as I was out and about searching for food. The room was clean and it has all the basic necesities like mugs, hot water, drinking water in the shared pantry. The host Gabriella was friendly but we missed the Sunday breakfast because we left early for Chichen Itza. It is also close to Cenote Zaci, the market and the main square. The neighbourhood is safe. In all, it was a good place and i will recommend it.

This was a highlight of the series of accommodations we encountered in Mexico. It is like your second home. Superb staff offering a lot of tourist information and valuable tips. Homemade breakfast every day. On top of that, few steps of the centre of beautiful Valladolid!
