Great location, clean and great staff

I arrived much earlier than the check-in time and thanks to the generosity and empathy of the staff, I was checked in earlier. Reading the reviews, I expected the worst, but I was surprised to find a very clean room (although it was small). a comfortable bed, clean and quality bedding and towels. the view from the balcony, towards the square, pleasing to the eye.

it was a great place to bring a young sports team. social area and clean rooms. Good value.

Top class hotel for good price. Top class facilities, very well maintained, professional services, beautiful details, plentiful breakfast.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature, lots of animals, horses and birds, forest and water. Friendly people. Nice rooms, proper size with all facilities and some measure stuff, e.g. magazines and games.

The host was amazingly kind. The day of the reception she show me the full house, explain where everything was and how it worked, in the end even give me 3 raw eggs from their own chickens so I could in case I was hungry. Last but not least, I have to say that every time I needed something, the host would reply to me (either if it was at home or by phone and would help me in the way they could). The house itself is very cozy, with a terrace that has a view for a small lake. During my stay there was not once when I heard noise.

Our experience at B&B bij Germaine was outstanding in every way. The host, Germaine, was warm and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable and the garden was beautiful. This is a place we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, tranquil, and comfortable place to stay.

Very friendly host, comfortable and spacious appartment

Photos didn't do it justice! In quiet surroundings, easy parking and everything we needed. The communal, enourmous greenhouse area was a lovely place to sit, realax or eat outside. There were the most gorgeous goats with their kids in the adjacent fields. The whole place was a delight.Loved it!

A wonderful stop on our trip! The owner of a good mood, giving back! It seemed as if we were staying at our own home - a cozy, non-binding atmosphere. Great breakfast and happy dogs! a buffet bar with cola, chips, wine and beer was left. The kids had fun finding a great board game and two fat cute pigs in the yard
