The hotel location is excellent, right off the highway, near the train station and the Christmas markets. It also has private parking with a dedicated charging port which is very helpful if you plan on going on long drives to Germany, Belgium. The staff is really polite, enthusiastic and helpful. Highly Recommend.

Lovely property - clean, tidy and very well presented. The restaurant offered a delicious meal on the evening and breakfast did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small walk to town and parking was easily sorted.

It is a wonderful location right in the centre, and if you're lucky (like me) you'll get a balcony with a direct view over the canal. The staff is very kind and quick to give some personal recommendations and quick to engage in small talk.

It was a great stay! Right in the city centre, close to restaurants and main attractions. The breakfast was amazing! Best scrambled eggs we have had in a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay and dog friendly thats a huge plus

We had an excellent time at Valkenhof, the accommodation is at a top location, everything is closeby, the hotel is super clean, even tho it’s at a busy spot the windows provide great quality of sleep cause they block almost all noise. The staff is very friendly, rooms are very nice, the AC saved our stay cause as always mid June is warm at Limburg. Highly recommended and we will sure be back!

The staff made our stay wonderful, nothing was too much hassle, the location was ideal for exploring the Christmas markets and is exactly where you need to be when visiting Valkenburg, the room was immaculate and the breakfast had a great selection, parking is available, we will definitely be back again! Great location. In the historical centre but not on the Main Street so the apartment was nice and quiet. Beautiful view from the top room of the castle - very special! The hotel has a lovely aesthetic and design which clearly a lot of thought and effort went into it. Everything was very clean! It is a staff-less hotel. We found it very easy and communication from the owner is very clear. You need your phone (a website) to open the doors.
