I was travelling from Tromso and to catch a flight out the next day therefore I stayed here for convenience as it is near the Airport and there are good reviews about the property too. There is a Airport Shuttle from the Airport which is very convenient. The room is comfortably big and clean. Big plus… The Breakfast Buffet :-) super good selection of food plus there is a Chef preparing the best Omelette. The Staff who did the check in and my checkout are both very helpful

The hotel staff were amazing in everyways. They were truly helpful at all times. The location is strategic as there's a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from the Luftavan/Airport. Our flight to Tromso was pushed out a day due to bad weather and the hotel staff accommodated our extension flawlessly. Breakfast was good and I would recommend Park Inn West anytime.

Friendly, efficient staff all around (front desk, breakfast and clean up staff). The bedding was insanely comfortable and the room was nice and quiet as I needed for my short stay. I slept so very well thank you for helping make that happen. The breakfast also blew me away! It was great all around. The only thing I am betting someone else might have mentioned might make additional great reviews would be the carpets are pretty psychedelic (a little calmer color scheme might be nice). I loved the bathroom and the Scandinavian design of the room! The staff (Maja) was especially helpful! I live in a different country and had a long layover flight. Maja helped me with any detail I asked about and helped me with with how to use the shuttle to travel both to and from the airport. I would like to thank Maja and all the staff working this weekend for a perfect stay. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
