Super spacious and homey. Quite area yet close enough from downtown by foot (5 min). Nash always makes the point to check in to make sure everything is in order or if I need anything. Supplied bowls and plates to cater to my needs when I make meals (breakfast & supper). Free coffee tea & drinking water. Super clean. Hot water with good pressure. Air cond is excellent, super quiet. Big lockers and indoor slippers provided along with towels. Dorms beds are very well laid out, have all a backpacker would need. They even provided 2 hangers if you want to hang anything. Wet clothes can hang at the courtyard. When Nash is away, he had his assistance to look after the property, and I felt super secure. Extended one night. Probably one of the best dorms out there in Coron or even in the Philippines. Don’t think so much and just book. You won’t regret it.

Loved my stay, however short, in Bakawan. The hostel doesn't have much capacity as far as accomodations but the beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff at reception were some of the most helpful I've met in Coron and they always had a smile on their faces. If you're looking for a quiet stay with a nice rooftop area to chill at, this hostel is right for you.

Basic accommodations but you have everything what you need to stay for 1-2 nights. Very close to restaurants and bars, breakfast was included into the price and it was good. They arranged a transfer to the airport (250 pesos). There is nothing to complain about if you know what to expect for such price.

The suite is spacious and has a nice pool view. Staff was attentive to my requests, especially my concerns as a solo traveler. I love villa-type accommodations like this--I felt safe and taken cared of during my stay. Spa services are also great for its price. I honestly liked that it is a few minutes away from the town center since tricycles are always available outside of the hotel. The property's ambience is serene and relaxing.
