James, Seles (sorry if I mispelled the name) and everybody else were so helpful, welcoming and smiling... it's really great to stay in a hostel with such great vibes ! - Hostel is super clean (everybody has to take off their shoes) and cozy.. nice swings on the balcony, facing the sea. - Ideal location in heart of El Nido and right next to the beach. - Beds are comfortable, towels and linen are changed every 3 days, A/C in dorms (set to 24°C) and little fan on each bed. - Lockers under the bed, towel/clothing rack for each bed. - Complimentary coffee/tea all day long and light breakfast (banana, bread ans peanut butter). Free hot and cold water dispenser. - Organized activities every night - Reception can help in booking boat trips, motorbike rental, airport transfer and shared van to Nacpan beach.

The views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset by the infinity pool. The massages were the best we’ve had in the Philippines. The happy hour was also great! The staff organized a little surprise for my birthday and decorated my whole room with balloons and a cake. So much appreciated. Everybody was so kind.

We really loved staying at this hotel! It was spotlessly clean everywhere and at all times, with brand-new, fresh renovations and furniture—everything was high quality and stylish. The staff were extremely warm, smiling, and welcoming, especially Elize and Rence. There is a drinking water dispenser near the room; guests are encouraged to use their own reusable bottles and avoid single-use plastic. The location is excellent—close to the port, with streets full of cafés, food, and coffee just 2–5 minutes away. Despite being near the ferry, it does not affect the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at all. Our room was not large, but it was very cozy, beautiful, and peaceful. Thoughtful lighting, a Smeg kettle, and a Dyson hair dryer. The room was cleaned every day, and we were given fresh, thick white towels. Everything felt very new and fresh, with high quality in every detail. Clean bed linen and a warm blanket, with two good pillows per person. There is also a safe and a refrigerator, hot water and good water pressure—which was especially pleasing after traveling around Palawan and staying in accommodations of varying comfort levels.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we had during our entire trip in the Philippines. A stunning garden with a pool, very tastefully furnished rooms, and our host helped us arrange everything we needed—airport taxi, massage, tours… Do yourself a favor and book this place when visiting Puerto Princesa.

Boasting a garden, a restaurant as well as a bar, Casa Mario's is situated in the centre of Coron, 2.1 km from Dicanituan Beach.
