Accommodation in Cabanas de Tavira

As always my favourite place in Algarve.

On arrival staff were helpful, room was over looking the pool. Beds comfortable, very quiet at night.

What a fabulous holiday!! We had the most amazing 5 nights staying at The Golden Club and we didn't want to go home! Everything was so easy. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had everything you need. I stayed with my mum and daughter, my mum had the double bedroom which has its own en suite bathroom and its own balcony, we shared the other bedroom. All of the beds are very comfortable, there are two bathrooms and the living area is spacious with another good sized balcony off it. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine which was very handy. You do need to provide your own washing tablets and there were no spare bin bags so it is worth bringing some with you. There are two air con units which we found we needed as it was very hot the week we stayed but they helped keep the apartment cool. The apartment is well located within a few moments walk to the pools. The facilities were lovely, the pool area is huge and absolutely ideal for little children as there is a gentle slope down so that little ones can play safely. Although it was busy when we went we always managed to get a sun lounger. The staff are great, there are auqarobics classes and kids classes you can join in with which were a lot of fun. We ate at the ala carte resteraunt mostly, there are fabulous views from the balcony where you can enjoy sitting to eat, the food was reasonably priced and very good. We had breakfast one day at the main resteraunt which was £16 euros each, which we didn't find worth bothering with again. The evening entertainment isnt included in your wrist band however it was only £10 euros each and included a free drink so we were happy to pay and the shows were well worth it. From the hotel you can get a short boat ride to the beach, or a very short walk into the village which is very pretty, and has bars and nice places to eat. There is a Spar shop, however we found Uber the best way.

The view was amazing. Waking up and having breakfast on the balcony to a view of the Atlantic was incredible. As a first time single traveler, I found the two locked doors into the apartment reassuring.

The place was simply perfect. The house is very comfortable, good sized rooms, comfy beds, full kitchen with all needed. Very clean. Each room with ensuite bathroom and own balcony or terrace. Very close to communal good sized pool. The check in/check out easy. Easy to get to the beach - with car or taxi. Good onsite restaurants. Easy on street parking.

The property was clean and spacious, it had everything and more for a self catering apartment.

Quiet and family-friendly space, perfect for traveling with children. The resort is wonderful, the apartment is impeccable, and the host is extremely attentive. We loved every moment of our stay! Whenever we think of Tavira, we will definitely remember this place. It's great to have an indoor pool for cloudy days.

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with our twin babies, our older son, my mother-in-law, and my husband, and it truly had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in perfect condition. The common areas were also very well maintained and lovely, and the private covered parking was a great bonus. The surrounding area is quiet and full of other nice accommodations, which made the whole experience feel very safe and pleasant. From the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they even provided a baby crib, a baby bathtub, and a small table for feeding, all at no extra cost. They were always available to answer our questions and assist us with anything we needed throughout the entire process. We are already looking forward to staying here again with great excitement. Everything you need in accommodation. The attention to detail. The location,apartment commodities,the comfort,the outdoor space,the decor ,the beds and pillows,so comfy . This is my 2nd time staying, will definitely return.

The location was great, 5 minutes walk from the ocean and 10 minutes walk from the town centre, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with a fully working kitchen, wifi, bath and shower. There is also a terrace with a small table and 2 chairs.

Liked that the owners where just on the other side of the Telephone evening though was very late in evening to answer my queries.. Highly reckonmend...

Everything. Lovely studio apartment with sea view. It had everything we required for our short visit. With a short walk into cabanas with a lovely boardwalk and plenty places to eat.

Very nice and beautiful house with an interesting history, very cool and hospitable hostess! There are parking spaces in the backyard. There is a living room on the 1st floor, where you can sit for hours and there you can drink tea or coffee, read books. Delicious and good breakfast! Everything is available, even a croissant. 🥐 The room cleaning was every day, it’s very nice! WiFi is the best!

This was an excellent property which was very close to all the amenities. We were met up on arrival by Carla who gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and all the facilities available and was extremely helpful. It was a lovely touch that there was wine and water in the property. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Location was amazing with a view that couldn’t be beaten. Nice selection of small bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Small studio but had almost everything you needed. Lovely and clean. Small kitchen but useable. Comfy bed. It was lovely and quiet in the night (though we did go in the quiet season - so couldn’t say when the area gets busier). Sun loungers a bonus. Communication from the letting company was efficient and quick. Paulo was super super helpful throughout our stay.

Clean and comfortable, had everything in it to self cater. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants and a short walk to the train station, perfect
