Accommodation in Capelo

I don’t think I have ever given a 10. The hosts, exceptional, they went out of their way to help me which made my trip in the end. The access, easy access at anytime. Bus stop, location back to Horta right outside. Swimming pool and outdoor area to eat, sit. Beautiful walk to swim areas, supermarket/ cafe (was perfect for me but maybe a little remote for some without a car) Building was insanely beautiful. Everything I needed to cook, stay comfortable and enjoy my two sleeps. Quiet.

I could not fully enjoy the place since it has been booked after cancelled flight and my mood was not the best.

Light. Space. Magnificent view. Great beds, waking up with a sun rising over the atlantic ocean. Beautifully renovated house with plenty of attention to detail. Secluded, which we like. Private parking. Large garden. Cool pool. Large bedrooms, perfect for 6 people. Outdoor BBQ. Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Washibg machine/ Dryer. Name it, you'll find it. Not to forget the great host Bruno who elegantly and discreetly gets you started on making the best of 3 days.

Nice, big and well funrished house with a great view of the ocean and Capelinos volcan. Despite road proximity it's super quiet. External space is beautiful, we always had breakfasts and dinners outside.

Awesome and quiet place, the location is "far" from Horta (30 min by car) but close to Capelinho and the road to the Caldeira, so it's good for off peak-hours sightseeing, and requires a bit of planning for groceries/supermarket trips. The place is way better than it looks in pictures, as of july 2025.

Great accommodation for a reasonable price, nice location, very nice and clean apartment with a huge garden that we could use, including a common area with a well equipped fridge and coffee machine.

Nuno was friendly. He brought us a welcome basket filled with eggs from his chickens, homemade jam and very good cheese ( the best we have had since being in the Azores).

Nuno was very welcoming with us, he spent some time to explain some tips about the island and the activities around the place. He left some fresh farm eggs and homemade jam, the best check-in we had so far. I can't give him more stars because there are just 10. The house is amazing and the surroundings very quite at night for the best sleep. Thank you so much, Nuno, we will recommend your accomodation to our friends going to Faial!

This was a fabulous house for our family to stay in for 3 nights. We were met by Nuno, shown around and were given a welcome basket which was lovely. The house had everything we needed for cooking and was very clean. Nuno was very responsive when we had a small issue. Great views and lovely patio area. We used this as our base on Faial and would definitely recommend.

Quiet and peaceful. Middle of nature.

Well though out design allows for comfort for all guests. The neighbour's goats were an added bonus. Great view from the upper patio.
