AustraliaThe setting is magical, surrounded by forest but not far from the sea. The accomodation is a series of cabin-like rooms a short walk into the main lobby/restaurant area. There is a desk & bar area & plenty of cupboard space. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, and the deck & the views to the gardens outside very peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, including a fully labelled herb and vegetable garden. There are 2 pool areas, one for kids which is also a great idea. Transport can be arranged by golf cart to and from the restaurant but we enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was excellent, huge range of choices, and the dinners too, although it was pretty pricey. There is a separate spa centre and its a 10 minute drive into Comporta.

PortugalI just loved my stay. This accomodation is brand new, very well located and with all the expected amenities. While arriving to Carvalhal, follow the directions to the beach; just before doing the last turn, you will see the fabulous restaurant Dinis and Rua dos Arrozais at your right handside. Just go straight down the street and you will see no12, a vivenda welcoming you to paradise! The accomodation is very minimalist and clean, all white, and many rooms have beautiful balconies. The swimming pool is not huge but very nice even so. The neighbourhood is really quiet and two steps away from the beach, no car needed to get you there. Along the way you have a café, several restaurants, a surf/bike rental and even a hairstylist. 2 min by car and you are at Carvalhal. Great value for money! Free coffee and tea! Very nice hostess! Highly recommended if you are looking for an honest, simple stay at Comporta!

Beautiful, comfortable bungalow in the middle of nature. Absolute quiet and privacy.
Our bungalow had a small private pool, and we had a fantastic stay. We will for sure come back.

We loved the location, literally a street away from the restaurants and shops. There are some really cool bars and restaurants just metres away from Little Suite.
We had so much fun using the barbecue every night. Absolute highlight of our stay. Easy to get in and out of the property, lots of free street parking too. Easy communication with the hosts as well.
Definitely not a complaint, more advice: The comporta mossies are next level - don’t forget mosquito repellant! (You can buy citronella candles in the shops)

Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are coming to Comporta for a couple of days! The property is located right in the middle of the village, you can easily walk around.
Room decoration is charming, the bed is super comfy, the hotel is quiet, and breakfast offers a nice display of savoury and sweet dishes.
Staff is super accommodating.

Ground floor room was perfect for our family of four. Clean with plenty of space. We hired a car, and the main town of Comporta and all the beaches were super easy to get to. Everyone at the accommodation was very friendly. Breakfast choices were simple but satisfying with the choice of eggs made to order. We would recommend and return for another stay.
