Érkezéskor a szálloda menedzsere fogadott, kiválóan beszélt angolul és nagyon kedves volt. A személyzet a teljes tartózkodás alatt nagyon kedvesen és profin viselkedett. A szálloda étterme nagyon hangulatos a reggelik kiválóak voltak. A szoba kényelmes, tiszta és jól felszerelt.
