The Hotel is brand new, the room is very comfortable with nice furniture, the service is excellent and staff are really friendly and polite, I asked to take breakfast at my room they immediately agreed, the hotel has a shuttle bus which drops us near the Masjid Al Haram, then we need to walk about 7 minutes, you can call the bus anytime to pick you up, overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it,

Every thing, the location is very close to haram,the staff especially at the reception Naser,very friendly and welcoming and smiling person , thank you Naser, the breakfast was really good, even we tried the dinner once , worth what we paid for , the view from our 12 floor room , very relaxing , even the house keeping welcoming staff, even the room was comfortable and clean

The staff is very helpful and very cooperative from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, and I like how clean the bed , sheets and covers smell of cleanliness and freshness , no bad odour no bugs no problem with AC or wifi, not far from haram and shuttle service available also nearby grocery store restaurant, market and souq

I stayed at this hotel from September 4th to September 9th, and considering the overall experience, location, service, and price, I can confidently say that it offers very good value for money in Makkah. From the very beginning, Mr. Yusuf Al-Azzi made a very positive impression on me. He was exceptionally kind and helpful and even arranged my check-in in the middle of the night. The room was clean when we arrived. The bathrooms in the rooms used by our two families were a little small, although one of the single rooms had a noticeably larger bathroom. During the morning shift, I met Ms. Hana Al-Harbi at reception. She was extremely polite, warm, respectful, and helpful. Her manner with guests was excellent, and she was always willing to assist whenever we needed something. I would also especially like to mention Abdullah, a Pakistani staff member who looked after us very well throughout our stay. He was attentive, caring, cooperative, and genuinely kind-hearted. The hotel is around 2.5 km from Gaza Gate. It is easy to reach the Haram area either on foot or by car, and local rides can usually be found for around 5–10 SAR. Our room had a refrigerator, towels, soap, and the hotel’s personal shampoo, and these were sufficient for our stay. The floors were fully tiled, and the air conditioning worked immediately and effectively, which is especially important in the heat of Makkah. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service. It drops guests off before Gaza Gate and brings them back to the hotel. However, guests should make sure to wait outside at the correct time. If you remain inside the reception area waiting for the vehicle, you may easily miss it. There are also some useful facilities around the hotel. Very close by, on the right side of the hotel and across the road opposite the mini-market, there is a Pakistani biryani restaurant. Their food was extremely delicious.
