Hotel is little bit far from haram but accssible by a very short walk. When you get out from hotel to haram you get every kind of shop on ibrahim khalil road. If you are looking for pakistani food it is at the start of ibrahim khalil road towards hotel. The staff was very nice polite and humble.

We had a wonderful stay at Rotana hotel and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff are very friendly, kind, and professional, and we were treated with great hospitality right from the entrance. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a nice variety of food. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, very close to Masjid Al Haram, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to ehsan, who was incredibly attentive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. When my father was sick, Ehsan was very caring and thoughtful and suggested a hospital just in case. We really appreciated his concern and the way he genuinely cared about our well-being. When he came to clean our room, he was very understanding and flexible with our timing, which we really appreciated. Ehsan is a gentle and lovely person, and he does his job quickly, properly, and with great care. As international guests, we truly felt welcomed and respected. We would come back to this hotel again.

An unforgettable stay thanks to Islam & Abdoul Aziz I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and I especially want to thank Islam and Abdoul Aziz. From day one they were so kind, welcoming and always smiling. The room was spotless, very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the private bathroom was perfect. The service was outstanding. Anytime I needed something, they were there immediately and always found a solution. Even when I needed to wash my clothes, they brought me a washing machine right away. They also gave me great recommendations for places to eat. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and well taken care of. Thanks to them, everything was so easy. The hotel is very clean and the staff deserves way more than 10/10. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you again to Islam and Abdoul Aziz!

The location was great as its proximity to the Grand Mosque in Makkah was one of the best. The rooms were also pure luxury. Ours had Haram view which was ideal for me and my family. This was my second stay at the Hotel.
