House keeping also we're good they make beds and give you fresh towel everyday if you request to. The location is maybe 15-20mins walk to Haram if you passed by the tunnel which is great to avoid scorching heat of the sun. The bathroom is quite big compare to other hotels in Makkah. I'll definitely book this again.
