Location was really good, near Central Mall, cafes, restaurants, pool and gym on the second floor, kind stuff that can help with everything.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with beautiful rooms and a superb location that makes you feel like you are on a secluded island, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Great care is taken to ensure that everything looks clean and well-maintained on a daily basis. The restaurants offer both international and Thai cuisine, with flavorful food, albeit at high prices compared to Thai standards. We had a beautiful villa by the pond. Extremely friendly staff, and golf buggies are practical for transportation. We was staying 12 nights at Island escape by burasari. Mr. Korn, the poolside bartender, is truly fantastic - incredibly friendly and provides outstanding service. He is someone you must truly cherish! The kidness, and the smaile making simpathic. Miss Jeannine, who works at the reception, is an amazing person too. She assisted us throughout our stay, offering excellent service and always going the extra mile.

I'm staying at Malabar Pool Villa. It has an excellent, long pool that's usually quite free - so you can really swim, it's no paddling pool. But it also has a bar at one end if you want to take it easy. There's also a private jacuzzi in the room, which is sizable. At night the ambiance out by the jacuzzi is serene and lovely. The room is pleasant and spacious. Generally this strikes me as a serene environment that's family-friendly or just a haven for the introverts among us. This hotel is towards the eastern coast, meaning it's not in a touristy area. There are amenities close by (shops, a few places to eat) but the vibe is definitely not touristy, rather it's authentic and local which has a charm to it, with friendly people who want to chat and to help out. A bit of a journey (an hour or so) to get across to the western coast where the main beaches etc are, and around 20 minutes to get to Phuket Old Town and other inland parts of Phuket. But I think that the serenity and pleasantness of the hotel, and the great pool, more than make up for that and I'd recommend this place especially if you're having a low-key holiday and are planning on just spending time by the pool.

It was very good stay at Ibis phuket . The room was very clean , large and well arranged . The food good too. I enjoy my stay and I recommand Phuket visitors to have this experience

You get much more than what you pay for. It is a wonderful place with the biggest and best pool I’ve ever seen. Also, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!

The location was ideal as we wanted a hotel away from busy areas & yet not too far from Phuket Old Town. The staffs and manager including the guards will always have a smile & greeted us warmly. Perfect room with kids - family room

Great staff!! The Sunday market is on the street right outside and on the parallel street. Perfect location! When we are back to Phuket Town this is the place! There is also a great Mexican restaurant “Amore” close to the hotel! Go try their fish tacos! The location of this hotel can not be better!

Big rooms, clean and amazing rooftop swimming pool. Personal were very friendly and the food is excellent if you want to eat in the hotel.

It's an amazing stay at great location in the phuket old town. The airport bus and other bus stop is nearby. Super comfy and clean rooms, Nice tea/coffee/ soft drinks at the reception to chill out. A pleasant stay at the most reasonable price in phuket. The hostel is very helpful and welcoming..Highly recommended for guests..

Location very near to phuket old town staff amazing

I had a wonderful stay here and was impressed from the very first night. The internet was fast and stable the whole time, which made everything so convenient — whether I was working online or just relaxing. One thing I especially loved was that each bed has a power outlet right by the headboard. I could comfortably lie down, use my phone, and charge it at the same time without needing to get up or search for a socket elsewhere. The bed felt very private and cozy because the curtain closes completely, giving real personal space. On top of that, the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable. I had just come from a long trip and needed proper rest, and this place was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up extending my stay for two more nights because the bed and overall atmosphere helped me relax so well. Honestly, it’s a great choice for anyone who wants a peaceful and comfortable stay.The location is also a big plus. It’s not far from local food streets, and there are so many great places nearby to explore. I really enjoyed walking around and trying different local restaurants — everything was easy to reach. Another highlight for me was the hotel’s activities, especially the Thai cooking and Thai dessert classes. I loved them so much! It was fun, interactive, and a really memorable way to experience Thai culture through food. It became one of my favorite parts of the stay. Overall, I’m truly happy with my experience here — great comfort, great location, and lovely activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The attention to detail was immaculate! We loved the little touches in the room from the Japanese style toilets to the bedtime tea and personalised notes from staff. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and beautiful. We were so impressed by the map of Old Town full of suggestions of restaurants, bars and activities. We also loved the breakfast, with choices from local restaurants all over Old Town. The pool and reading room are beautiful as well.
