Clean, beautifully, staff very respectful

We loved everything about it. At any point we wanted we just stepped outside for the pool. We ordered room service (pay in cash) which was very fast and staff extremely friendly. The only issue was that the conditioner provided was not very good and as a couple we were expecting 2 of each but we were only given 1 toothbrush for the whole stay. Other than that, everything was down to perfection. Would 100% go back and will be recommending this stay for anyone that want that sweet escape with their partner.

Excellent location, close to the main malls and not to far from the main beach. It's not in the busy neighborhoods. All facilities were wonderful from the bedroom to the pool. It was a wonderful first time in Thailand.

Basically everything. It is a nice, modern, tall hotel with all the facilities, good and helpful staff, in a nice location. Squeaky clean, multiple elevators, a swimming pool on the sixth floor or such. The panorama over the city is great, and you can find a lot of useful venues in the immediate vicinity - places to eat, drink, shop, change money, you name it.

The property is super clean. The staff are amazing. It really is a hidden gem.

Great location, super kind and available staff. Both the lady and the young guy are very nice and always down to give good advice about Phuket and Thai culture. The room was very clean and the place is really quiet and intimate. The vibes are impeccable!

Everything, this felt like home, next to wonderfull beach, very calm during nights, posibility to do laundry, plenty of parking space.

Whole apartment fully equipped super close to the beach like 30’seconds. Really nice beach restaurant and bar. We spent there great week.

Everything was perfect :) seriously, if you needed more towels, you got them, etc… The breakfast, the activities, the landscapes and different picture-moments inside the property, the Festival, the rituals, the Flora, the butterflies…. everything!

Location was really good, near Central Mall, cafes, restaurants, pool and gym on the second floor, kind stuff that can help with everything.

I really enjoyed the location—it was convenient and felt very welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also loved the pool; it was a great spot to relax and unwind. Another unique feature I appreciated was the stairway—it added a charming touch to the property and made exploring it more fun.

I recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Phuket. Everything is beautiful and convenient? The case station is very close. Everything is available. Everyone in the hotel is cooperative.

Cleanliness and easy to get everything from nearer

Our room was very quiet with amazing soundproofing. Waking up to the superb view from our window was the best way to start each day.

Close to the Naka weekend market. Clean and modern.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean, beautifully designed, and feels fresh and modern. The staff was truly outstanding—always attentive, smiling, and ready to assist with anything. The room exceeded my expectations—spacious, bright, and stylish, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. It was a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Staff from the reception, two girls they where verry friendly and help full, they called for as an ambulance and came together with medical personal to help us. Next day they even called us in the room and asked if we are ok and if we need something. All other staff from restaurant, bar, housekeping was also verry friendly and welcoming. Service was just perfect.
