Very nice, beautiful pool, very attentive staff. Very comfortable for any period of stay. Very good facilities.

BREAKFAST was amazing and worth the money

The rooms are comfortable with reasonable price. The location is prime and the property is well maintained. The staffs are nice and welcoming, too. We will definitely be back.

Good food, entertainment and pools

For what you pay, this hotel is fantastic and the staff are lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are lovely and we always looked forward to breakfast. Short grab ride away from the lovely Old Phuket Town where we enjoyed dinner and drinks most nights.

A very friendly staff, who did everything they could to give us a wonderful experience . Especially the manager Hassan , who helped us with upgrading our room.

Great price for a five star hotel, with excellent gym facilities. The location is very versatile, close to my favourite restaurant, Three Monkeys, as well as Hanuman World Zipline and other adventure activities, Phuket Old Town, Phuket Central (old and new) for shopping, Big Bee Farm, and Phuket Bird Park.

It was very good stay at Ibis phuket . The room was very clean , large and well arranged . The food good too. I enjoy my stay and I recommand Phuket visitors to have this experience

Great location and perfect for a one night stay

The accommodation is very nice and well maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the host – she is worth her weight in gold. Warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place.

It was very clean and comfortable We particularly enjoyed the lake and wildlife at the rear of the resort and the pool was beautiful

We are experienced travelers and have visited Phuket many times, so I consider this review to be very objective. We really liked everything about this hotel. It was very clean, and the friendly and helpful staff deserve special thanks. The location is very convenient in Phuket Town, especially if you need to travel to the airport. The hotel is close to the main bus station, which is a big advantage.

The hotel staffs are very helpful. Near bus stop, restaurants, coffee bar, parlours. 10 minutes from phuket Old town. The owners are friendly, neat rooms.

Location very near to phuket old town staff amazing

I had a wonderful stay here and was impressed from the very first night. The internet was fast and stable the whole time, which made everything so convenient — whether I was working online or just relaxing. One thing I especially loved was that each bed has a power outlet right by the headboard. I could comfortably lie down, use my phone, and charge it at the same time without needing to get up or search for a socket elsewhere. The bed felt very private and cozy because the curtain closes completely, giving real personal space. On top of that, the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable. I had just come from a long trip and needed proper rest, and this place was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up extending my stay for two more nights because the bed and overall atmosphere helped me relax so well. Honestly, it’s a great choice for anyone who wants a peaceful and comfortable stay.The location is also a big plus. It’s not far from local food streets, and there are so many great places nearby to explore. I really enjoyed walking around and trying different local restaurants — everything was easy to reach. Another highlight for me was the hotel’s activities, especially the Thai cooking and Thai dessert classes. I loved them so much! It was fun, interactive, and a really memorable way to experience Thai culture through food. It became one of my favorite parts of the stay. Overall, I’m truly happy with my experience here — great comfort, great location, and lovely activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent staff. Excellent staff and cleaniness

Lovely, small boutique hotel within walking distance of the centre of Phuket Town. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a local map of attractions, restaurants and nightlife and even preparing a special tea in the evening. While the hotel had no kitchen of their own, they offered a variety of breakfast options from local restaurants - easily the best breakfast I had in Thailand.
