Room Comfort: The comfort was unparalleled. The bed and pillows were so exceptional that I wished I could have the exact same set for my home. Facilities: The amenities, shower room, and the pool were all perfect! The male members of our family who enjoy fitness were thrilled with the well-equipped gym. Service: The service provided by all staff members was consistently outstanding. We were particularly touched when the woman at the tour desk waved and smiled goodbye as we left. While I may not be staying near Patong Beach again, I am determined to seek out and book hotels of the same brand in other locations. This was truly magnificent.

As my partner and I are both hotel general managers, I selected this hotel to celebrate her birthday as the hotel had a great reviews and was nearby. Not only was the hotel beautifully designed and well-maintained, but they very kindly upgraded our room and Krajeab, the assistant restaurant manager, was delightful. She helped to set up the private dining in the Jungle, which was stunning, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Mausam looked after us during the dinner and was very attentive. The birthday amenities in the room were elegant & tasty. Their breakfast is probably one of the best in Patong and had a huge variety. Lovely pool, chil music and plenty of sunbeds available. All in all a wondeful, albeit short stay. Highly recommended and well done to the team.

It’s super clean, new and has a white/Scandi decoration. We love it. The room is spacious and well-facilitated. Location in the center of Phuket town. Cheap price for such good quality Owner and staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast.

So close to the airport. Only 5 minute walk from arrivals. Walk through the car park where the busses are. I had my own HUGE double bed and private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Free water in the room. Friendly helpful staff. They also have washing machines there. Pool area was very nice. Only stayed one night after I landed but it was so ideal. And I relaxed by the pool for the morning. Was able to buy a beer in reception.

The staff are top notch, location is great for walking around old town Phuket. The room was a good size, clean and comes with amenities. I would recommend and stay here again. Having the Cafe attached was an added bonus.
