The pictures online don't do the hotel justice - we felt as if we were in heaven from the minute we stepped in. Each and everyone of the staff was beyond friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The whole hotel area is breathtaking, the pool area is quiet, clean and the palmtrees and trees make the hotel feel as if you are in the middle of nature. The rooms are so spacious and modern and we couldn't hear a thing during the day or at night. We especially enjoyed the vegan meals in the Green Cafe and had the best evening at Fresca Restaurant - the waiters are exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Room Comfort: The comfort was unparalleled. The bed and pillows were so exceptional that I wished I could have the exact same set for my home. Facilities: The amenities, shower room, and the pool were all perfect! The male members of our family who enjoy fitness were thrilled with the well-equipped gym. Service: The service provided by all staff members was consistently outstanding. We were particularly touched when the woman at the tour desk waved and smiled goodbye as we left. While I may not be staying near Patong Beach again, I am determined to seek out and book hotels of the same brand in other locations. This was truly magnificent.

The accommodation is very nice and well maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the host – she is worth her weight in gold. Warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place.

Nice pillows and superb beds with proper body and neck support. Excellent showers as well. Fluffy towels and qualify sheets are a bonus. Unlimited bottled water. I’ve stayed 120 nights in hotels throughout Asia this year and this hotel is easily the best for quality, service and value. The staff are really lovely people.
