Some of the best points: 1) Staff - fantastic. Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

The owners go above and beyond to make everything comfortable and smooth. The value for money can't be beat. If you have read anything bad about this place, ignore it. It's everything you need in accommodation.
