The hotel owner are the ones who take care of every thing from reception to kitchen and breakfast. Big thanks to both of Yaşir and Irhan for being so much helpfull and kind as they arranged and helped us with our air ballon trip and sunset horse riding tour. The rooms are very good and clean, hotel is still new with quite location and near to many shops and restaurants. The terrace gives you the chance to watch thr ballons in the morning with amazing views. Rooms also are warm and hot water is available all the time, breakfast is delicious! We loved the place and we will be sure coming back in our future trips!

Excellent accomodation, in the middle of beautiful Capadoccia and with a enthuisiatic and helpful host! With our family of six we stayed four days and enjoyed the spacious and authentic accomodation. From our terrace we saw the balloons in the morning and all the highlights of Capadoccia were easy to reach. Furthermore we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the host attention to detail, keeping an eye on everyone's special wishes. We can recommend this accomodation and hope to visit again in the future!

Amazing new hotel! We were the first guests! We got to know the personal and the owner, all of them were so nice and friendly! Breakfast was made specially for us, and for very tasty! First off, I did NOT expect to love that hotel that much. From being literally in front of the bus station that leaves from Kayseri bus station my clueless ass surviving this trip with Google Translate couldn't have found anything better. As if the location wasn't enough, there was a gym 5 minutes away (Cappa Gym), so of course I HAD to hit new PRs on the bench and squat. Why not? Just when you think it's enough, I walked another 10 minutes to Avanova Cafe Restaurant, which (at the time I went) offered 36 flavors of hookah. It's beautiful by night you can sit next to the river with lights illuminating everything: the streets, the river, and maybe your soul. As if that wasn't enough, there's a shuttle that picks you up at 4:15 AM to take you to the hot air balloons. I don't even have a friend who would pick me up at that hour. Now about the hotel itself, it's simply beautiful. The interior design is worth taking photos of maybe even to make an ex jealous. This is one of those rare times where I can truly say I felt at home. The breakfast food was made with love (I mean, it was good). And there's a digital timer and digital thermometer in the shower . I live in Canada, we're supposed to be eco‑friendly, and I've never seen that. The staff were so friendly and thoughtful. My only regret is not being able to afford to quit my job and stay longer. Rating: 10/10

A Dream Stay with the Warmest Hosts in Cappadocia Kemerli House in Avanos, Cappadocia, was truly a dream stay with the most warm-hearted hosts. We were extremely happy with our choice. They kindly arranged an early check-in at 6:00 a.m. and even came to fetch us from the terminal. From the very first welcome, we felt completely at home. The complimentary breakfast on early check-in touched us deeply. Madam Aneel and her family helped us book the best hot air balloon experience and the mixed group tour, which had always been our dream. When we asked Madam Aneel if dinner was possible, she made it a reality for us. She even took us for a lovely walk by the river and up to the local market. Madam Aneel’s husband ensured our comfort at every step, lighting the chimney fireplace and creating a warm and cozy atmosphere in the living room. The lady who prepared our breakfast and cleaned our room was also outstanding—kind, attentive, and professional. For us, it truly felt like a blessing from God to meet such beautiful souls. Beyond five stars should exist for people like them. Madam Aneel and her husband have exceptional knowledge and passion in running Kemerli House. Meeting the grandma and grandpa of kermerli house was also a blessing for our family. My family and children are deeply grateful. We will definitely come again—because of the hosts and Kemerli House. Our best wishes to them, and I highly recommend all my friends to choose Kemerli House for their stay. Madam Aneel, her husband, and the entire staff — our standing ovation to you.
