From the moment of entrance, the staffs were very accomodating. All of them from the bell boy to the reception to the general manager. Rooms are extremely clean, bathrooms spotless. The amenities really helped during our long stay, we could buy our own groceries and prepare our own breakfast. The fridge really helps and the washing machine too. Security was tip top, there was a smoke smell in the walkway which we didnt smell but the reception person made sure to knock on our doors in wee hours just to make sure everything is safe. We really appreciated the security here in this residence hotel. We also left our luggages for a few days to fly to cappadocia, and took our luggages when we came back 3 days later. This has helped us tremendously as we got to fly to cappadocia with light luggages instead of carrying all the big luggages. Thank you so much to all the personnel in this place. Really amazing service. Wifi works great. There are areas at the lobby for me to work with plugpoints all around and bonus cafe to get coffee while working. Housekeeping also makes the bed super neat everyday, the sink is always clean. Kudos to the whole team in this residence.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, very close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area so convenient. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with daily cleaning that kept everything spotless. But what really stood out was the staff—they were all amazing! We had a delightful stay at the Carina Gold Hotel in Istanbul, and our experience was nothing short of excellent.
