What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

Situated in Fairhaven, 1.6 km from Fort Phoenix State Reservation Beach, Delano Homestead Bed and Breakfast has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access.
