The property was conveniently located with 2 major grocery stores across the street. If one forgot necessary clothing items, there is also a T.J. Max and a Maine must see store, Renys. I was in town for eye surgery and a 10% discount was given for cataract recipients. The fridge and microwave came in handy since I could not drive post surgery. I was greeted warmly by Gary and handed delicious chocolate chip cookies. I requested a quiet room (the hotel sits by a railroad) and he put me on the second floor. It was perfectly quiet. The breakfast isn’t anything to write home about, but fresh fruit and whole wheat toast would be my recommendation. They offered cereal and almond milk was available. The hot items were not personally my cup of tea. This has no bearing on how I felt about my stay. I came prepared to make my own breakfast. Hot soup is available throughout the rest of the day, which is a thoughtful touch. The room is well appointed & clean with plenty of towels. The mattress was amazing as were the pillows. If I could have fit it in my car, well, I would have been tempted! Heading back there tomorrow for two more nights for the other eye. Thumbs up!

This was an ideal place to stay when traveling for work. It was so nice to have what it basically a 1BR apartment. Large bathroom, nice kitchen, spacious living room, and free laundry! I felt safe and relaxed in the family atmosphere. This will be my top choice if I return to the area.
