Queen Mary has the most unforgettable atmosphere, beautiful in all ways. The staff was very very nice, the food very good. Fantastic coming back to the ship in the evening, after a busy day, driving around on the highways in Los Angeles. Thank you very much!

But your Agent or front desk Agent made it enjoyable for us because me and my wife always believe customer service should be the priority of any company because that's where the business comes in. The room is simple but it has everything you need, microwave, fridge, utensil, hairdryer. Walking distance to the waterfront area, including Shoreline Village, Aquarium, The Pike outlet mall. Free drinking water.

Great value for money, good location, quiet and comfortable. If you have a budget and you are not a princess made out of sugar, it a great option. If you want a 5-star hotel, rent a room in a 5-star hotel.

The staff, Adrian in particular, The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, minutes from the airport. The shuttle service was great.

It was a great feeling to see the complementary breakfast. It made my life quite easier as I didn't had to look for a place for breakfast.
