Very friendly lady when I checked in, room was clean, and the place was quiet

Everything the staff couldn't do enough for us

Great hotel. Room and bathroom very clean, bed super confy, staff all of them, reception staff, cleaning staff and maintenance staff very nice and super helpful. You’ve got complementary water,coffee and tea.2 minutes walking to subway station which goes direct to the center of Boston. The area is near a mall which supermarkets and places to have breakfast. 15 minutes walking to Harvard or Davis which are good to have a drink. If I visit Boston again, I’ll stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious: the choice and quality of food provided exceeded expectations by far; the hotel keeps a historic and traditional charm in virtually every aspect but remains comfortable at all times;

The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Our double room was super comfortable and spotless - also very charmingly decorated. The whole hotel is well set up with good options for meeting others, food and just taking a break in the lobby areas.

Location beside the river is amazing! Pool is a great add on! Parking is convenient Walking distance to downtown

From the second I drew up to the front, Victor was there to welcome me with a smile and help with my luggage. Erin checked me in and was wonderfully cheerful which was so lovely after a long day of travelling & she remained the same throughout my stay. The staff here couldn’t do enough for me & all gave the impression that they love their jobs and are happy to be there (we all know this is rare these days!) I’m so glad I stayed here now before it gets so well known. As I was leaving the building it started to rain, without hesitation I was handed an umbrella and told to keep it. A genuine heartfelt thank you to all the staff that I saw/met and those I didn’t. I hope to return again. And just remember…. No Scotland, No Party!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Amazing staff. Large rooms. Next to a great shopping and residential area. With bars and restaurants and train into downtown in 10 mins.
