Always looking to enhance our experience. The concierge, the servers at breakfast and the housekeeping staff on our floor, Mr. Bodi and Mr Rabbi. The day of our check-in we arrived quite early in the morning and forgot to mention it in our reservation. Despite it, the deskman working at the reception that day, Mr Jihad found us rooms in less than an hour.

Rixos Abu Dhabi truly exceeded our expectations! The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of fruits and fresh bakery items to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We visited during Christmas and were delighted to find candy canes included in the room amenities. When we asked for an extra one at the breakfast line for our kids, the staff went out of their way to coordinate and provide another. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture! Overall, it was a memorable stay filled with small, meaningful touches. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again! The stay was definitely worth the money, and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back again!
