The property is beautiful and the location is an accessible 5 minute walk to reach the Burj Khalifa. The staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. From stepping out of the car we were greeted by door staff opening the door and helping is with luggage. The reception staff were so helpful and warm. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for what we needed as we were hardly in the room. If getting ready for nights out a bigger space might be needed. In saying that, there was a lot of storage space and mirror in bathroom and also at the window. Full length mirror in the walk in robe. The value for money was great and I think might have been an intro price as it’s worth at least double. They have created a serene space even though it is situated in the hustle and bustle of Downtown. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and they surprised her with a birthday cake on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Really happy that we chose this place. Besides being at a fantastic location - just minutes' walking to BurJuman shopping mall+metro station, a huge supermarket, small grocery store for essentials, and numerous excellent restaurants for eats both inexpensive and the occasional splurge - the place impressed us with its space that made our party of 6's stay most comfortable, and housekeeping which greeted some very tired souls at the end of every day with exceptionally clean and well-made rooms, ready to tuck in for the night. Apartment amenities are aplenty: a Lavazza coffee maker for the perfect coffee pod perk up, and a kitchen with everything needed - we particularly liked the steam oven that made reheated pizza actually more delicious than when first bought - to feed us before a gruelling day of sightseeing ahead. Parking is ample and easy. Corridoors are carpeted, clean, wide and smell great. Lifts are quick on the call and rarely packed. From the reception staff, Mary and Esther, to the doormen and bell boys, everyone were genuinely hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. On our final night, which so happened to be the birthday of one of the guests, we were treated to a really sweet birthday decor and a cake treat that all could relish. So while anyone can take of the big stuff, Golden Sands Suites sweated the small stuff to make our maiden trip to Dubai memorable and satisfying on all counts.
