The room was very comfortable, it wasn't ensuite, and the bathroom facilities were very good. Our evening meal in the restaurant was so tasty (we selected an Austrian dish). Plus homemade Strudel! Breakfast again excellent. Hospitality from the owners was great also.

The whole property was fabulous; also the sauna department and the surroundings. Lovely views and quiet location. David, the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. It didn’t matter to us but the apartments were up a little hill. The bus stopped in the centre of St Gallenkirch, so we had a quick walk down in the morning and a tad slower walk up in the afternoon. It felt less and less of a climb towards the end of the week. David offered a lift down in the morning and up in the afternoon so that was always an option. He also kindly helped us with the luggage when we arrived and departed. The location really wasn’t a problem for anyone able to walk.
